I Promise Myself.....

"CONFIDENCE"means what...???i know definition but i never relate to these words.actually the purpose of attend sujit sir's talk is this....to build up the confidence level,,,,but before i go for talk my friend asked me"how confidence will build by listening his talk"??? i attend talk with this question mark(?)..

before sujit sir's talk bharath sir welcome us with his milliner smile and he asked what are your expectations from this seminar??? many students share there views and expectations....and i also want to share but i think "if i say something they laugh at me"i set quite.
after some time sujit sir entered as a "king"with the background music really that moment was one of the unforgettable picture of THE DAY .he said you sacrifice sunday your friends enjoying and you all are here to listen me clap for yourself...first time in life i clap for myself...in daily activities you forget our self's we don't look at us what way we are going...

confidence is something you create within yourself by believing in what you are. be so strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.look at the sunny side of everything, and make my optimism come true. be just as enthusiastic.give so much time to improving myself that I have no time to criticize others.i learned this things from sujit sir's talk and "I Promise Myself" what i get from this talk always i try to improved day-by-day

A Gift Of Directorship.....

"LEADERSHIP"when i hear this word first thing come in my mind that we have to listen or strictly perform task given to us...by the"Leader".but when i join i3 organization i learn new definition of leadership.....they guide us direct us motivate us....and whenever i meet them always inspired and start dreaming.....and whenever i think my mentor as bharath sir and surendra sir. always there is smile on my face...

*The most important words they speak are
'What is your opinion?' 
*The second most important is- 'Thank You'
And the most important single word of all is - 'You'
Leadership is lifting a person's vision to higher sights.the raising of a person's performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations. they are someone who
creates infectious enthusiasm.If there is anything I would like to be remembered for it is that I helped people understand that leadership is helping other people grow and succeed. To repeat myself, leadership is not just about you. It's about them.

Few things in the world are more powerful than a positive push.A smile. A word of optimism.A enthusiasm  and 'you can do it' when things are tough. Nothing is a waste of time if you use the experience wisely.i learned this most important things about leadership......

and the one and only platform who said"EXPLODE US" that is i3.....for me it is gift of directorship...

NEW BEGINING.....long way to go.....

one day after lecture i expecting next teacher to come for a lecture.....but one gentleman entered in our class he introduced himself.....i think he give lecture on...How to do studies....???and all but he talk as a friend and tell many thing about us....where i relate to his talk......and he asked first question where he already know that answer.....Who want to be successfull.....??? 
everyone raised hands....then again he asked....... Who tried everyday to become a successfull....??? some of the peoples responds.......he said don't worry friends i tell you.....

he said many things about  mr.Sujit lalwani sir(i3 director).....i don't know who is he......i never see sujit sir.....but as gentleman described sir....i decided.....i want to meet that person who make this gentleman and he is nothing but the  mr.Bharath G C sir...i attend sujit sir's seminar...on "sunday"and never think 1 sunday can change my views and i never said that i attend seminar.....i always say it is my"NEW BEGING" because i started thinking and try to implemnet it....
next day had a small conversation with dr.surendra ayer sir (MBBS,goldmedalist in physiotherepy) first question he asked why you want to join i3(influence,inspire,impact)....???? i replied"sir i want direction...don't know want to do after degree and i want to teach computer reparing only to girls"
he smiled and gentally replied"mam you don't worry we are there" i feel relief...and i3 is not only about carrier oriented it also bring changes in my personal life....it change my thought process and also build confidence level.....i think but never try to implement......i want to thank mr.bharath sir because of him i able to attend sujit sir talk and it is so inspiring......one of the mesmerizing experience.....
