Wellness......Health is Whealth

We loved Sunday's because we get holiday in a entire week. But after joining‪#‎i3‬ Sunday's are playing very important day of my life and very amazing experiences and exposures, which we can't learnt by sitting at home.

Our counsellor of the week was Ms. Priya Chavhan ma'am. She is a multi talented lady. She is very passionate about yoga, took a degree of "Nritya Alankar" from gandharva mahavidyalaya mumbai, very particular for her fitness.

She belongs to pharmaceutical background, Ranked 1st in SSC, Gold medallist in MBA. Very studious and focused towards her goals, along with shy and reserved girl in her entire carrier. But, moment she realized even she is very well in studies and excellent in academics than also no one recognizing her. She decided to speak up in front of peoples, that decision made her BOLD. That attitude build confidence in her and she take a target to create her own "Identity". Journey from shy and reserved girl to BOLD and smart lady, really that was so inspiring.

Gone through so much of struggle but, that situations never bogged her, she stood stood and again stood and became a whatever she today. She is a "‪#‎Wellness‬ ‪#‎Entrepreneur‬". As she belongs to pharma background and "Wellness Entrepreneur"... this not match at all, but her passion towards fitness and yoga shown her way towards her vision.

Her hobbies speaks more what she speaks today. That hobbies are reading book, attending seminars, dance and many more.

lessons are:-
=> Always set time bounded goals and set impractical target, that make you to think beyond your limit.
=> Always listen to your heart, Its give you amazing happiness and satisfaction.
=> Time management should be done compulsory, so you can pursue work as well as you hobbies.
=> Be with peoples who, allow you to be yourself.
=> Be BOLD, confident whatever might be.
=> Good readers, can be Good leaders.
=> Pursue such a Hobbies, Which make you grow.
