NEGATIVE ATTITUDE.....just say no to negative attitude

Everyday we have plenty of opportunities to get upset, angry or to think negative about someone without knowing reason behind that. but sometimes because of this many opportunities we miss.

 One girl was there named as Anjali. She had a dream to become a change maker for society and want to independent, father was big support for her. He always teach her that, "Be Optimistic & nothing happen without any reason". Suddenly one day father passed away. She lived with her mother. When she was pursuing college, Always late for lectures, because her mother not in condition to do household works so, she always have to complete that works then she went to college. Every time Teachers used to asked her reason behind this but, she never explain what situation going from. Society always commented on her that "You are girl and now you'r father also not there so live in you'r limits". She never  answer them. She keep focus on doing her work/goal.

She work hard day-by-day and improved herself. When she secured 1st rank in her whole campus, all were in shock. When Everyone asked her, "Suddenly Anajli how you do this..???". She not gave clarification or reason, When she entered in her village all villagers welcome her and proud to be have her in there place.

 ONE POSITIVE LIGHT ......

CAN FADE DARKNESS OF ......

What she did...????.

• She just focused on her GOAL.
• She ignores negativity.
• She decided to show "Positive Attitude" towards all.
• She used her power in right direction.
• She believe in herself.

Everyday thousands of thoughts are come human mind, don't waste them into think negative. Who think negative..????. The person living without purpose or vision. Who are clear with there purpose they don't have time to waste on such things.

When my mentor Bharath GC sir entered in our class to invite us for seminar which was held in KC college, Churchgate, by Sujit Lalwani sir. Totally inspired by him, that was life changing experience, Where I took one decision for me, first ever time in my entire LIFE. After seminar one-by-one some IU(Inspiration Unlimited) team members came on stage for share their experiences with IU. Mr. Mohan BN sir introduce her as a terrific leader, he shared she pursuing her MCA from top institute of Bangalore and also among top scorer of her college, along with this she also doing projects. After listening all things I was very curious to listen her. I took decision but how to pursue studies along with my dreams and wishes.....????, and next moment , The Lady came on stage wearing black colour formal suit. Just talk for 1-2 minutes. She gave me strength and believe to stood up with my decision which I took.  Her name is Ms. Kavya Shree MR. ma'am (always I define her as my inspiration)

Next day, I got GOLDEN opportunity to  meet Dr. Surendra Ayer sir. He inspire and motivate me to lived up with my decision which I took and last words he spoke, "Believe in Me...!!!" and the Life Changing Journey was started.

We contribute our bit to society. My all thoughts I  put into ACTIONS and it made SATISFIED. All projects where happened at differ differ places, it gave us exposures of differ differ places, roads, streets, experiences and learnings. We judge many things and we aware of facts but, not able to understand. Until we not gone through that situations, we can't feel.  I come to know by what direction society and my life is going on. Gone through many rejections and challenges, but that situations gave me more strength and energy to handle that kind of incidents in future. 

First step toward change (Overcome Stage Fear).

i3 gave me first opportunity to overcome stage fear. It helps me to personality development, where I join personality development classes by paying thousands of rupees but not gain anything, because they only giving theoretical knowledge and until you will not get practical knowledge, you not able to imbibe that things for your lifetime. This is a practical WORLD, which believes only in practicality. After this I got many opportunities but to grabbing strength also given by i3 and I learn...

I'm very Lucky to have i3 in my life. It gave me purpose to live life. I had a wish to contribute something to my society, but no one their to encourage. i3 came as a angel, Which shown me direction towards my wishes and also help me to complete them. 

Where we living full luxurious life with all facilities like Electricity, Education, Food, Shelter, Branded Cloths etc and on other side some people are not knowing what are these things called exactly. We Dreaming for "DIGITAL INDIA" and some schools are not allowing slum kids for primary studies. Who are getting all facilities they not have any realizations. I experienced that youth have immense potential, but no one their to channelised their energy to right directions.

Gone through many criticism, ignorance and many people commented very badly, but....

First they ignore you,

Then they laugh at you,

Then they fight  you

Then you WIN...!!!

Projects were the best part of my whole i3 journey till now, because they taught me  
"JUST NOT  TO SURVIVE, LIVE YOUR LIFE".

As I belong to IT field My dream was to visit to Bangalore at least once in a life this wish I added in my dream list before only and dream COME TRUE ,reason is i3 and second reason was want to meet Kavya Shree ma'am and One day our mentors give us surprise that We all got a invitation from Bangalore for Grand Graduation Day Celebration.

The stupendous 19 hours journey from Mumbai-Bangalore. We all travelled by bus, it was too long journey. each mile I had been crossed, henceforth  slowly it brought my dream closer and closer. I seen all my flash back moment, from I have been started and now where I'm.

That was not just 19 hours journey for me 

that was a moments to fulfil my 19 years 

which I wasted/lived without any purpose and reasons. 

Journey to becoming change maker 

of our country and for myself. 

Journey was full of surprises, Bharath GC sir gave one delightful surprise that was Kavya Shree ma'am and Subhash KC sir will join us for "Bangalore Darshan".

We reach at Bangalore by 10.00 am and check in at 10.30 am in "GRAND INN Hotel".

I was very excited to meet ma'am, because we only had conversation on phone since 3-4 months but, never interact face to face. Sharpe at 12.00 pm Sir and Ma'am entered and we all give introduction to them and we all proceed further.

We started our journey by walking from hotel to Magestic Bus stop. By walking ma'am taught us some words in kannada, that was "Namaskara (namaskar)", "Nivu Hegiddira (How are you)", "Nanu cennagiddene (I'm fine)" and Our first ride was BMTC bus public transport. 

Our first destination ISKCON (lord krishna temple).

Sri Radha Krishna Temple ( Kannada - ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಧಾ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮಂದಿರ ) . It is one of the largest ISKCON temples in the world. The temple is a huge cultural complex that was inaugurated in 1997 by Shankar Dayal Sharma. The Founder-Acarya of ISKCON to promote Vedic culture and spiritual learning.

Second Ride was METRO.

First time ever I travelled by metro. It was really great experience. Than our next ride was auto rickshaw for Next surprise.

Sir Visvesvaraya's Magical and Technological Science world

The Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum, Bangalore(VITM), India. a constituent unit of National Council of Science Museums (NCSM), Ministry of Culture, Government of India, was established in memory of Bharat Ratna Sir MVisvesvaraya. A modest building with a built up area of 4000 sq. mtrs., was constructed in the serene surrounding of the Cubbon Park, housing various industrial products and engines, which was opened by the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru on 14.07.1962. The first gallery set up at VITM on the theme ‘Electricity” was opened to the public on 27.07.1965.

Suddenly rain started that was really amazing moment of the day. We experienced each and everything in single day. I lived with 3 seasons in a day. 

Explored UB city.

UB City is the biggest luxury commercial property project in Bangalore, India. Pioneered by the chairman of UB Group, Vijay Mallya, in Joint Venture with prestige group it is built on 13 acres (53,000 m²) of land and hosts 1,000,000 sq ft (93,000 m²) of high-end commercial, retail and service apartment space.  UB City has four towers namely, UB Tower (19 Floors), Comet (11 Floors), Canberra (17 Floors) and Concorde (19 Floors).

That day was "FRIENDSHIP DAY". I think destiny wants to make this event happen in that day only. Dated as 2 August 2015. 

Some of the Precious moments of a Evening.

Best part was, I meet each and every Mentor and Guide, where because of them I able to perform in those 3 months. We always had conversation through social sites or phone calls. Bestest moment was when Sujit Lalwani sir entered in hall and his 25 mins talk, That was mind blowing moment and After conference, especially had meeting with  #Mumbai Delegates. He passed the many lessons directly, which was never less than blessings of GOD for me. He gave us delightful surprise that was Senior Ambassador Mr. Prashant Yag sir will join us in bus to travel from Bangalore--Mumbai.

That day we all started our real journey of life, because that was time to put all learnings in ACTIONS...!!!.

I felt that Bangalore to Mumbai journey was too short. We want more time to speak with him. He just talked like Bharath GC sir and Sujit Lawani sir. We had very long conversation and we asked him many questions, he just fantastic...!!!. explain all things with great examples.

Ma'am wrote "Change Makers". That was really great moment. When we went for shopping before conference and we talking about sir and what can be happen in event and suddenly we saw a poster of Sujit Lalwani sir, which was of "Life Simplified..!!!" in one of the book shop. We clicked as many as picture at each place.

"Attitude is like a price tag, it shows how valuable you are".  It develop by positive influence, positive influence develop by the positive surrounding. The root cause of positive attitude is obviously positive thoughts. Everyone attracted towards the positivity but, their are many less people who can able to maintain same. Human mind can divert easily but its all depend on us that where we want to go. Develop such attitude, Thanks to each situation and person meet in that situation it shows a positive attitude. You knowing that every step toward achieving something bigger and greater than current situation.

I experience this thing, people may hear your words but they feel you attitude. Make such a attitude which make other people to change and feel. Nothing can stop anyone who having right/positive mentality to achieve goal but, totally will happen opposite if anyone carries wrong attitude.

Positive thoughts creates a chain of  reaction of positive perception. It is a way of catalyst and it twinkles extraordinary result. Attitude gives you a strength to believe in yourself, so automatically result is extraordinary. Whenever  you're in dissension with someone, there is a one aspect that can make difference between harm your relationship and deeper it. That aspect is Attitude. When we take entire responsibility of our attitudes, That's the day when we grow up. Adopting a right/positive attitude can convert a negative things into positive. 

You cannot change destiny, you can't control what happens to you,but you can control your attitude toward what happen to you,You will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you

The India is a only country who have immense youth power and youth have huge potential, but channelise that potential need right guidance. In this modern-age it very important to use power in right way. Some are to get through parents and teachers. There is immense youth who don't know their purpose of living life..???. They don't know how to use their potential. Even some are excellent in academics and some are technically strong, but they don't know where & how to use this power...!!!. For those youngsters who want to find their purpose of life, who want to realize their dream, who want to come out of comfort zone, who want to contribute their bit to country, who want to be a "ROCKSTAR". • Mr. Sujit Lalwani Sir's first talk (on 28 dec 2014). He triggered me to DREAM.
• First meeting with Dr. Surendra Ayer sir, his one word change my life that was "Believe in us".
• When I talk to Kavya Shree ma'am (My Inspiration) for first ever time and When I had video calling chat, for first ever time we interact with each other face-face and I started crying. When she said,"Beta to me", When she said, "Champ" to me for first ever time". Her single single word made me more and more stronger. 
• When I became "Delegate of the week". Because of mentor's guidance and support, able to get that tag.
• When my first ever blog publish on my parents Marriage Anniversary and that also written on my father's life.

Overwhelming Moments,

• When  Kavya Shree ma'am said, "I'm proud to be your mentor". 

• When I break record of IUy2c project and I share this news with father, he just smile and said,"Go ahead".
• When my father seen a picture where I'm the only girl setting among boys. I saw satisfaction in his eyes.
• When full IU (Ispiration Unlimited) team Welcome us wholeheartedly in their Bangalore family.

• 10 articles are publish in www.iuemag.com (this is a international magzin).

• When I impacted 22k+ government school kids that is record till now and I got reward of coffee with Bharath GC sir and Dr. Surendra Ayer sir at SHARATON 4star Hotel. ;p
• When I was lead Volunteer for international project called "IU Newspaper Bag" (world merit India council), from Mumbai.
• When I become only girl "TRUE IUITE" of i3 Mumbai season1.

Best moment during IUy2c project,

When I ask question at 8th grade in one of the government school that "What is you dream..??".

Suddenly one girl stand up and said,"Ma'am I want to become a "Heart Doctor". I ask her Why...?? she said,"Before 2-3 months my one of the relative suddenly fall down and he not getup and when I asked to father reason behind that, he said ,"He fell down because of heart attack..!!!". So want to help those people who suffering from this kind of diseases. If  the girl from government school can know her purpose of living her life why can't we..???.

Earnings of 4-5 months for Lifetime,

• Don't scared to take actions and don't worry about results.
• Always be enthusiastic and motivated.
• Don't ever regret because you fail, because it give you experience which is important.
• Give same opportunity to others which you give to yourself.
• Avoid negative things because you have very limited time.
• Don't hold back to participates yourself in any competition.
• We just have to succeed once, that will overcome all failures.
• Failure is a part of success.
• Success is not glorious without failure.
• Became a expert in particular thing than jump to another.
• Change yourself before changing others.
• Solve the problem which exists.
• You are the driver of your own vehicle(LIFE).
• Be truthful to Yourself.

• Be in group of people, who allow you to be yourself.
• Be creative.

• Never Give up.
• Money is just to buy a product.
• For any beginning little step is very important.

CHANGE MAKERS.....reason to make me live life

 Journey started before 4 months at Mumbai.

Suddenly one gentle man came in our college, by profession he is Medical Electronics Engineer, by Passion Inspirational Speaker, by personality great human being, eternal optimistic, and his name Mr. Bharath GC sir. He inspire us and invited for conference and again I meet to terrific personality by profession physiotherapist(Gold Medalist), by Passion Motivational Speaker, by personality Great human being, name as Dr. Surendra Ayer sir. After meeting with this both personality, I feel like new born baby. They both nurture me as a parents,

They are change makers of my LIFE,
They taught me to dream, 
They taught me to face challenges and difficulties,
They guide me to achieve that dreams,
They show me direction towards my life,
They make me to grow, 
They make me to live life,
They make me responsible,
They make me to experience  things, which I never thought,
They surprise me with UNEXPECTED things. 
We called them as a "MENTORS". 

In this trendy and modern age where people competing with each other just to survive. They know there future but don't know what is a path and the purpose of that dream. Some are their people who spending big amount on some thing but they don't know what is a purpose of that. If you find purpose you can pursue anything passionately, because you get to know why it is essential for you. Some people said, "It is very difficult to find purpose of life". But if you get positive environment, if you surrounded with positive people, if you get influence from people which you want to be. These all things make easy to find purpose.

I experience

 "NOT TO JUST SURVIVE.....LIVE YOUR LIFE".




















  

GROWTH....

"Law of Attraction". Before some day some incidents are happened, where I starting believing in law of attraction. During a project called "IUOSB". Gave my best on each step, but..!!! don't know what happen suddenly my performance getting down and trap by depression. After some time login my Facebook account and saw post which was posted by my mentor Ms. Jeevitha DM ma'am.


That post was by Mr. James Clear "What I do When Feel Like to GIVE UP..!!!". He wrote human about human psychology what first thing they ever do, when they are in such situation and that situation exactly matches to my situation. So I connect with that very fast. He wrote that human mind is suggestion engine, because what you think that ACTIONS...!!! taken by you. If you said my I'm very tired, but the moment you start thinking I'm good and want to continued what I'm doing. Mind will give you more suggestion to complete that work in better way and as soon as possible.

That day there was heavy rainfall. I planned each and everything to take up that things on next day. But uncertain situation was there. Give my each and everything possible. I'm very depressed and felt too low  and start crying and what I saw the article posted by Ma'am. I apply whatever written in that article and all things happen which I planned and desired.

Our thoughts are the root cause for any work or action. What you think that things will happen. If you think negative than automatically things will go in that direction which you only decided and we starting blame to other people.

After a day I thank to Ma'am, She said, "You know champ...". "What is growth..????"...
