Two Kind Of Different THinGS.....

There are two kinds of peoples live in our society first is who are very Rich but they are poor and second Needy but they are rich by there heart. Coin has two sides head & tail, if we toss a coin at a time it can be head or tail. It never both sides at a same time. Two kind of gratifications are there good and bad. "Good satisfaction" represents our dignity and self esteem and "Bad satisfaction" is deadly misdeed of dominance that reeks self regards and arrogance.

 Power is of two kinds. First is acquire by the fear of punishment and other by the act if fondness. Power based on love is a hundred times more effective and irreversible then the single derived from fear of punishment.

Sunshine is Appetizing, 

Rain is Refreshing,

Wind is Bracing,

Snow is exhilarating........

There is really no such things as worst as whether, Only there are different kinds of good whether. No matter how good you think you are as a leader, my goodness, the people around you will have all kinds of ideas for how you can get better. 

But what matter us lot "Money or Humanity"......???. When we said "well educated peoples" it not means only taking higher education. When anyone respect younger one to that  person it defines character and education of that person. There are again two kind of peoples were categorized in this they are "Givers and Takers". The Takers may eat better. but the Givers may sleep better.   

What way you want to, its all depends on you. Man choose its path according to experience. Some way taking experience not possible for all, but take the lesson from others experience that is smart way to choose way. At the end...

Never Give Up..!!!!!......stay optimistic stay strong....

Last week, after the conference, our mentor announced project of the week that was "IUNPB (NewsPaperBag)". Which we performed before conferences started and had a great experience. As each #i3 project experience is an amazing experience than the last. I was very excited because, already performed and gone through  positive experiences. Before a day Bharath sir gave hint of who will be counsellors for the week, but I can't able to analyze.

Our mentor welcomes all delegates with his energetic smile and said, "counselor will be from IU, because  we invite counsellors from outside which are from differ differ fields, but today 1st time ever he/she from IU," and he add a twist that same counsellor for Hyderabad as well as for Mumbai, but he/she will be here virtually by Skype that will be surprise for you all. The conference starts by Tagging ceremony which I never thought this will happen. All delegates officially tagged as "Delegates". After this all delegates gave feedback of last week  project.

Sir went outside of a room and back in a few minutes and informed us that in few minutes counsellor will be here and he played one video of 1st #i3 mumbai conference, which was made by IUITES team, again he went outside and entered wearing a blazer. We thought now he will going to welcome counsellor of the week, but he surprised us by saying "Dear friends I'm your counsellor of the week...!!!!". Literally I surprised because that was biggest surprised for me till now.

Actually from last month I want to ask some questions, but felt, "yet I not deserve" 1st will achieve something then I will ask him. God create some destiny he showers blessings on me. I'm personally very elevated for perceiving his story.  Because whenever we meet him he always use to tell someone's inspiring story so, I'm very eager to heard his story. "God never fulfil your wishes before or after, definitely he create some occasion and fulfil your wishes". This thing I experience.

We gave him big-round-of-applause. He is only child of his parents. He was so silent kid in his childhood, never trouble his parents. His mother is angel for him because she always support him. She served her 35 years in "Victoria Hospital". Victoria hospital is a government run hospital affiliated with Bangalore medical college now renamed "Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute". It is the second most largest hospital in Bangalore. She is a one among five peoples who awarded as "Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Award" in Karnataka.  He said, "Whatever qualities he had that inherited by his mother". In childhood he saw his cousin repairing tube light and he thought how can he repair it, someone told him because he is tube light engineer and he dreamt to became an "tube light engineer". The foundation of his future starts in childhood only. He had a dream to do medicine because of his uncle. He complete his 10th from Bhutan boys boarding school.

When he was in PUC (Jr. college) there was a lecturer named as Mr. NSS Shiv Kumar sir. He was his biology lecturer. What humour he have in his character now that inherited by his sir. In one of the lecture NSS sir said, "who wants notes...????". Everyone raised there hands and sir said, " After lecture if anyone need notes will raise their hands". But After lecture he asked for notes but no one raised hands. He blessed with such a kind of person in his life.

He had a dream to do medicine from Bangalore's top medicine college, but unfortunately, he got a seat in Bagalcot which was 12 hrs away from his place. His parent not allow him so he took 1 year gap. His cousins force him to take admission in engineering some how he ready for that he thought whatever it is, but there is medical and took admission in Medical Electronics Engg".  He got seat in Dr. Ambedkar College which was also one among top 5 engg. colleges of bangalore.

He doesn't know any exam rules of engineering and he had 4 K.Ts in 1st semester. His friends told him that,"Friend you just 1 step behind to drop out".  End of the year he had 11 K.Ts and he drop out that was turning point of his life. He took tutions after college hours. He blessed with two best friend who help him a lot. 1st was Mr. Navin  and 2nd was Mr. Shravan. Navin sir was very cool type of guy and Shravan sir was brainy where  he always pushed him do things.

As he and his Friend navin drop-out they studied very hard. Bharath sir cleared 9 subjects in one shot. Still two subjects were remain because on a 1st paper he sat in a way where supervisor misunderstood him that he showing his paper who sat behind to him, supervisor took his paper and send him out and on second paper his seat number not in the list which had been displayed on board, After 45-50  minutes, when original list was handover to supervisor, she checked  and allowed him for exam.

He gone through many toughest situations continuously where he depressed, shattered but not ready to give up....!!!! he again and again stood up and work on his dream. When he attend Sujit sir's talk when he was in 3rd year of engineering and he dream to "Next Mr.Sujit lalwani sir". After attending Sir's talk He deeply motivated and deeply inspired by sir. that was his turning point of life.

In 2004 he worked with "Airtel" and also worked with sony entertainment in event management department as a host. many more he achieved.

After hearing him, I felt my problems are too small compare to his problem then Why..??? I can't able to handle. He gave me strength to deal with difficult situations. I took big lesson that "Be Deeply Optimistic", whatever situation it can be. Nothing happen without any reason in our life. Realized each moment and actualized it. Failure is part of success journey. Like "Life Simplified  said, "failure is not a end, it is just a bend". Don't over think because "Over analysis overlaps paralysis". Explore the things. Come out-off your comfort zone.

In question answer session one of our delegate Mr. Anuj tiwari request him to create same setup when he meet us first time in our college. Literally that moment get back me to flash back when I meet him first time in our college. Some one question him that, "I tried my best than also have to gone through failure...????". He answered ,"You are on right track just change your direction in 1 degree".

I never took autograph of any celebrity. But today proudly want to share my first ever autograph by My mentor Mr. Bharath GC sir.

The VISION......trust the process

If  You Are Doing or Working  on  Something  Energetic, That You Really Eager About. You Don't Have To Pushed  "The Vision Pulls You......". Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside that are dreams. Who looks inside that are Arouses.


"The Vision" It is a picture of the future and that produce passion.  Many peoples thought what is the Vision...???. They know the meaning but they unaware about real consequences. Dream shouldn't be fantasy, It should be out of your comfort zone. Because Life is all about experiences and each day is different even though weeks, dates and months are repeats but years are different. Some peoples said, "My Life is too boring because each day I have do same things...!!!!". But I thought Each day is Different, you have to study each moment and realized it. Than and only you can make differentiate between each moment. "Experiences" and "Challenges" from you learnt which taught you to live Life, But..!!!! Realization and Actualization are the most important for living your dreams as well as Vision.

Until you don't Recognize why god put you in the situation gone through. You won't able to do decide your "Vision for Life". Everyone born with some purpose. Who realized their purpose, They are now ruling as superstars on whole Universe. Because they "Studied their framework what they gone through". Trust yourself...!!!! whatever you doing. Success, Achievements or Fulfilments of dreams  needed  Directions, Dedication, Commitments and Hard work. You have faced some challenges and failures which are important part of life.

Clarify your vision which is not Effortless at all...!!!!. Vision is not a enough it must be merge with Venture. It is not enough stair up the steps. We must step up the stairs.

        "Dreams can be many but Vision is solitary......".

"If You Really Desired Something From Heart. Then Whole The Universe Will Work Towards Getting You That.....".

 Last week we had project to collect sports equipment for #OSCAR foundation who are giving free sports education to underprivileged children. All delegates gave their best and collected many sports equipments. All had wished to go there and donate by own. We decided day and went in #OSCAR foundation. One of the delegate went before day  in new office which  is in CST,  so we asked him address but we won't find that place. We contact Ashok sir he called us at "cuffe parade". As we are new at that place so we went by taxi and he stopped near "Ambedkar nagar" bus stand. Literally I'm thrilled as I saw that gate named as "Babasaheb Ambedkar Nagar".

When I join #i3 our mentors told us many things about Ashok sir. Before a Day of conference I saw video in which child showing a way of sir's house to reporter and I observed that gate and I never shared with anyone that I dreamt to visit their at least once in a life. Next day our mentors announced a project for a week that was "Sports Equipment Procurement Campaign" and said, "If anyone want, can go personally and donate own collected things". We reached their sir send his one of the coordinator, his name was Mr. Maruti. When sir came for conference he told us inspiring stories of  his coordinators and he was one of them. I felt very happy as I saw him and very excited to talk and ask some question to him.

We kept our all sports equipments which we collect in office where I saw n computer lab and on upper side their was a class room where children come for study. He asked you all want to meet sir, we said,"Yes...!!!". Actually that day they organized free Eye check up for all OSCAR and their committee children in rotary club beside world trade centre. So 5-10 mins walking distance by his place. We went by walk and while walking I asked some questions to maruti sir that, "How many students are their in MS-CIT coaching which held in that lab". He said, "Their are 100 students and classes run in batches which each for 1 hour" and he added, "on upper side their is a small library where children come an read the books". I asked him what is you responsibility in OSCAR....??? he said, "I'm a football coach,". He teaches football in local ground because their is no professional ground. I was very excited to meet ashok sir. As I saw him, he dressed very causal and by wearing specks. As we travelled, we are very tired but the moment we meet him everyone had a great smile on face. He asked, "How was yours last conference....???". He said,  "that What are you all doing know this will definitely help you in future", you learning many things through experiences and failures this things are very important for future. He gave us opportunity to volunteer in OSCAR Before this two more delegates joined us.

One of the delegate Ms. pooja had very great experience. As she came late so one child shown them way of place where we are. She said that child was so smart and cute name was "Dinesh". She asked some question to him he answered very smartly and he just promote to 6th grade. He said "Ashoke bhaiyaa teach us good things and I want to be an writer and just I started write some things". He said "I want to be an like my father". Literally she shocked that how this tittle child can speak this.

2nd Conference.... Study your Self

Last Sunday our counsellor was Mr. Ashok Shankar Rathod sir. Which was Awesome experience and Sir gave hint I guess it but my guess was wrong. Before day of conference he called me an asked, "you know who will be next counsellor....????. and he said, "If your guess wrong than what...???". I said, "Sir if my guess will wrong than my excitement level will expand". And its happen.

Our conference starts with watching video named as "KHAT". In which grand father writing a letter to his new born grand son and telling a facts of life. I learnt many things:-

• Don't waste time on unnecessary things and questions because we all have limited time. and  however it is seem less.
• If you have any doubt towards anything, so it is better to regret something after doing, it rather than without doing it. Because if you not get anything but you get experience. which is very valuable.
• Experience everything but don't addicted to that things. Which will help you to differentiate between right and wrong things.
• Don't be afraid to do mistakes. because those who do something makes mistakes. 
• Take responsibility for your own mistakes and try to correct them.
• Forgive other peoples mistakes  give give equal opportunity to remedy them.
• Life is too short to be shy. 
• Keep moving forward. 

Before invite counsellor sir played songs and that was "Iktara and Kabira". Slowly slowly I realized singer is same in both songs and Our counsellor was the Bollywood's playback singer. He is soulful singer that is Mr. Tochi Raina sir. Which was very emotional and paying tribute to Nepal song which composed by #Tochi Raina sir and "Band of Bandagi" song was "Rooh Kambdi" very soulful song that I cannot able to stopped my emotions. He said this are the emotions which are rare in this Era. He shared most fascinating things. Human body made up of five elements that are:-

• Aagani. (fire)
• Jal. (water)
• Vaayu. (air)
• Aakash. (sky)
• Dharti. (earth)

He explained each and everything in depth. Aagani means our stomach, Vaayu means our nose and Dharti means our Chest. His journey starts from 7th grade. When he saw funeral and  he asked himself Why....????. He born in very well educated family but he was different from others. He runway from his place because he don't want to study. He said, "Study yourself". When you expert in this, you can do anything and you get purpose of life. You can able to see where your breath extends. It give the directions to your life.

He shared many interesting things which I never thought or read anywhere. He said alter "GOD" what it does. Literally, we shocked it made "DOG". He said " peoples  kept dogs at home for their purpose" but, god sends dog for some reason. Why dog's tail is not straight...???. Why a dog is very close to human...???. Because the dog's tail telling us that I done many bad works in last born so you don't repeat it same but, peoples keeping them for their sake and he lose his freedom.

In question answer session one of the delegate asked question that ,"Sir what is love....??, with whom would I love, I got many proposals but I rejected them". He said, "love means god and he gave his example he said, "I have done love marriage and she is from very poor family. She proposed me",  but I said her, "First I want to became an something than and only will marry you". She gave him 500 rupees for travelling from his place to mumbai. He struggled a lot. He lives for 15 days on beach. One day unknown person gave him 30 thousand rupees. He scrabble that person but he not able to find. He blessed very brilliants and legends who help him to foster. After 17 years he got marry to his better half in 2011. Family was against to his relationship but he said, "I decided before, when I'm child, I used to said, "whenever want to marry, will marry with girl who belongs to poor family".

When you help yourself than and only god will help you. Its his destiny to meet a such a legends who helped him financially. His guru gave him 200 rupees per week because he going through financial problem. It is really unexpected.

I learnt from his session that:-

• Big lesson I took that study yourself.
• When you study yourself than and only god will help you.
• Be yourself as possible as.

Last climax was we request him to sung a song which we love. He sung "kabira" song from yeh jawani hai deewani", such a soulful singer he is...!!!!.

A Mirror REFLECTS......

"A Mirror Reflects"  a man's face, but what they really like is shown by the kind of friends we choose. What is really driving your behaviour....????. Its reflects through your actions, thoughts and the way you respond to others thoughts. The mirror is your body and reflection is your behaviour. Like mathematics as an expression of the human mind reflects the active will, the thoughtful reason and the desired for exquisite perfection. Its basic elements are logic and instinct, analysis and construction, generality and individuality.

Your look reflects what's  happening in your mind. The intellect of the wise is like glass, its admits the light of heaven and reflects it. Our mind is painter and resemble a mirror, which always takes the colour means thoughts and it reflects. It is completely reflects what you are.

When I'm trusting any one and being myself as fully as possible everything in my life reflects this by falling into place easily, often phenomenal.

Attitude Reflects your mind.... 

i3.....influence . Inspire . !mpact

Before 3 months I join #i3. When I see back, before coming into contact with i3 my life was so different and  now it is a change in some degrees. Totally till what I understand that the i3 is full of to empower youth towards their dreams. Bring out hidden talents and come across as the best leader for the country. It is a life driven platform. Their is no any restriction or criteria to join. i3 accepts to all like who have their dreams or not, who failed or passed no matters and many more. According to me i3 nurtures us like mother who never thought bad for her children and always motivate to do more and more.

"influence" means spreading the passion you have and it will plant the seeds of  success or failure in the mind on another. i3 is the key activity of the brain. which then influence everything towards positive direction. it changes perception, cognition and thoughts.

"Inspire" Your actions teach other to dream more, learn more and do more that are your step towards come across as  an leader. Good actions open next door to ourselves and inspired others to do good actions. According to me Inspire means which I learnt from i3 that the best way to inspire people to superior performance is to convince them by everything you do and by your everyday attitude that you wholeheartedly support them.

"!mpact"  Impacting the society by Work, by Achievements, & by Thoughts. Life is short, youth is finite and opportunities are endless but lack of potential for shaping the world into positive impact. So i3 is the solution for me to the word called "lack".

Like leadership is not an post or designation its about influence is about spread your passion and talent. Inspire is about  convincing other by your own achievements. "!mapact" it involve consequences getting by your works you executes. If you noticed all 3 words that are influence, Inspire, !mpact are started by letter "i"  and all are written in different different ways. Which have different different consequences.

• influence i's tittle (i's dot)  is on upper side it means influence the world by your good actions.
• Inspire i's not have tittle(i's dot) because, whenever you inspired by anyone you never shared them to anyone, you only share your experience.
• !mpact i's tittle(i's dot) is on down side it means you are going to impact world or society by your actions and thoughts. (In short tittle means you).

Me also not aware about its consequences but in last to last sir shared this amazing and interesting thing.

Thank to  my parents, God, & my mentors for this experience.

Never Give up...!!!!....Failure is Key to Success....???

 The much awaited moment was came. Last conference was on #i3 Orientation and guest lecturer was Mr. Kumar NJ Bharath sire which was a great experience. Day before Dr. Surendra Ayer sir called me and. In some way he gave a hint. From last night I was scrutinizing who will be coming for next conference..??? And my guess was absolutely correct and very excited to meet him and that person was Mr. Ashok Shankar Rathod Sir.

He is founder of OSCAR foundation tagged as "Education with Kick". The Organization for Social Change, Awareness and Responsibility (OSCAR) is a not-for-profit organization which provides high quality football coaching to deprive kids in Mumbai and across different areas of India. OSCAR runs a unique program that not only teaches sport to children & youth, but also helps them to understand the value of education and Future.

The OSCAR's vision is to create a world that enables youth to become role models through sport, to take active roles in various community initiatives and to mobilize other members of their community by using sport for positive social change.

OSCAR's Mission

• To use sports to teach life skill, positive values and enable active citizenship.
• To make children and youth aware of their rights and also their responsibilities within society or community.

OSCAR's objectives

• To support children and youth to stay in school.
• To discover, develop and foster young talent.
• To educate youth as responsible and all around the citizens. 

The second conference was held in "IBIS Hotel" and reporting time was 1.45 pm. The conference was hosted by Dr. Surendra Ayer Sir, he welcomes all delegates with lots of energy. The conference started by watching one video, which was truly inspiring. I learnt from video that, "Never Give Up ..!!!!" until you not get success. Unless and until you not gone through failure you will not get success or achieve anything and if you get success without failure or struggle its only give you satisfaction but not give another level of success. We hear many times "Hard Work is key to success" but according to me "failure is key to success', because failure tells you that you are on the right path but this is not a right time so you have to work hard. Failure teaches many things and success give potential to complete next objective.

Dr. Surendra sir welcomes him very interestingly. He said "Today the personality is coming which is known as "Change Maker". Ashok Shankar Rathod Sir entered with great smile and when we clapped for him he said, "Bharath sir and Surendra sir. They appreciate me more than I do". He starts telling his story and experienced which was very inspiring.

He grew up in "Ambedkar nagar" in south mumbai which is slum area. His father work as fisher man. He belongs to one of low income community which 70 % of livelihood depends on fishing. His father wants to give him strong education. So, his father enrolled him BMC school (one of the government school). He don't know how to read English as well as Hindi, but any how he completed his primary schooling that was till 4rth standard. He went to next school for secondary schooling, so beside that school their was local fishery. Everyday morning their was breakfast break for 30 minutes, so his friends utilized that 30 mins to earn money from that fishery. They easily earn 100-200 rupees per day but when their parents restrict them to go their. They were very smart. gave half money to their parents and half salary kept for their own. Like this slowly slowly they worked their as a full-time job and also drop-out from school. Because they started earn more money. Families thought that, "Our child not study but at least earning money" in very early age so they appreciate their money. They don't know were to utilized that money and so they Started to playing cards. Make some rules that whoever would be winner, he have to give party to all group and like this they started drinking, smoking, gambling and that activities build one good rapo between all friends. If single person fight with other group than all goes together and fight with that group so, this activities they started regularly. Some how this information got to their parents. Parents thought their children going out of their control and "We have to give them more responsibility, so they will more responsible". They come with one good solution that is "marriage" so, In the age of 16-18 they married. Know they  are 24-26 years old  and also had 1-2 kids.

He don't know English so, from 5th grade to 9th garde and he never passed in English subject because always he scared about english. As he promoted to 10th grade, it means he have to give board exam and passed all subjects in one short. He always scared with his father because "he is so strict". So he with the help of friends he passed 10th grade and family was so happy about it. After this he took admission in college and was so sad because at college all subjects are in English and for help his friends are not with him so, his interest were lacking towards education. He not attend college daily, only he goes to attend exams and use to attempt only match the following & fill in the blanks question. Like this he passed 11th grade.

When he promoted to 12th grade. He already set mind that "He will not able to pass 12th because it has board exams and his school friends are not their to help him". One day his father came to him and said, "You complete your education but, you have to work as well". Because of family problem he started working. He worked as sales man, courier service and many more. He failed in 12th grade and quit his studies. After this gap of 3 years, In 2006 he came to contact with "Magic Bus" which is NGO run for kids as well as youth. They teach sports for education and development of communities. And they gave  responsibility to sir of 3 slum areas. 1st was DHARAVI which is biggest slum area of Asia. Second one was MANDHERU and third was MANKHURD. He experienced same problem and issues faced that communities as his own community facing.

One day he was returning from his job to home by walking. He saw very shocking picture where some of the children smoking and they are from his own community. While children see him they hide behind the car. He shared same incident with his elder brother and his brother said, "you find them smoking, While I saw them drinking". Suddenly he realized same this happing like his friends and he thought this drop-out students story shouldn't be my friends or my story. One day he talk with that drop-out children and asked them, "Do you want to play football...???". They immediately agree and said yes so, sir told them time and venue. Shockingly next day that drop-out children came on decided venue and on correct time. But sir was not their because that was unexpected from them. They called to sir and inform that they are on ground. But sir not had "Football" so he teach them some energized and fun games and commit to them that on next week will bring football for you all.

As he doing job so, he only gave them time on saturday. He earn 1900 hundred per month and he buy football worth 350 rupees from his salary. He take decision to resign that job, because he wanted to gave full time to kids.

On the first day of club 25 kids are enrolled and from that 8 were failed in exams. All parent of failed students came and shouted to sir that, "because of you they failed and you are responsible for their education..!!!". He said, "but how...???". Parents said, "They all time playing football...!!!!", but he said, "I'm only teach them once in week only for 2 hours". Than sir took one parents meeting were he explained them all things that what is their perspective and all. And also took one meeting with boys where he make some rules. He explained them that,"If you want to play football and if you want to participates in competition than you have to follow three things". That was:-

1. Go to school regularly.
2. Behaviour should be good.
3. Avoid to use abusable language.
4. Don't involve in addiction. 

If anyone follows this things than only we send them for competition. After one year he saw lots of improvements and changes in kids. So he again took parents meeting to informed about their kids status. Sir told kids to share their experience with OSCAR. All kids shared their experienced and all were happy to hear their kids. When sir  find all parents are in agree than he shared main mission that is girls education. He said, "You are giving this comfort to your son's which is very commendable. but Why you are not giving same comfort to your daughters". All parents are angry and said, "than who will do our house holds work". Sir said them,"If you all not send your girls than I'm not going to teach football to your son's". Somehow parents agreed but only for 1 hour in a week. Like this his journey starts. 

In 2008, He told his father after 2 years about OSCAR foundation. He said to his father that,"I'm running OSCAR foundation and now their are 40 kids". But his father totally opposed him. Because he thought if any kid will injured parents will complaint at their home and he can't bear this things. But sir doesn't stop he continue his work. 

In 2009 he awarded by CNN-IBN "Real Hero Award".Because of the tremendous work of OSCAR, Ashok Shankar Rathod sir was awarded the RELIANCE Real Hero award and the award was presented by the Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan. Within three years of starting OSCAR, Ashok Shankar Rathod sir was invited to global youth conferences to represent India and to share his success story to inspire more people. He has been featured in 67 plus newspaper articles and interviewed by numerous television channels. 

 In question-answer session he said, "I'm doing this all things without Expectations. He is most down to earth person I had ever meet. He shared his experience like he know us for long time. Last question I asked him that, "Sir you visited to 15 countries, so which is your best experienced till now". He said, "Each country has different different experience". And he shared two very interesting incidents. 1st was when he first ever time he visited to out of country that is "London" and 2nd was last he visited to "Jordan".  Literally it was great experience to meet Ashok Rathod sir.

Zeal For Life.....

"Zeal for Life" If you help yourself than definitely god will help you. This is a story about the young girl. Who is very passionate for life she fight against destiny And came across as a winner....!!!!!! 

The story is about a lusty young girl. She was in 5th grade at the time. Who live with join family. She has Four siblings. Her father had so much dreams for his daughters and dream too big house because the family was big and the house was too small. After so much struggle, obstacles and lots of hard work  her father's dream come true to build the big house, it takes almost 3 years to complete. The family was living happily together. Almost  after 2 years. One incident happened. Which they never expect.

On the day of the festival all are enjoying and busy in their own work. Suddenly they hear sound like "Bomb Blast"....!!!!. The sound was too loud that all neighbours converge together in their house and they asked "What happen...???. But  No one knew what was happening. But all realized that the sound came from house Teres. All are in shock because they slowly, slowly got idea that something happen major. The father goes on teres and view full tears he hasn't found anything. Then he goes and searched on the roof. What he saw that was really shocking his younger daughter fell on roof and white water flowing from her mouth. He started crying while seeing her in that condition. She was unconscious, not responding. 

After seeing her the mother saw something and she screams loudly "Her skin starts separating from body" and They realized. She got Shocked from the electrical outlet. Face starting swell and she not able to move her right hand. She hasn't felt anything when the doctor pinches her on the right hand. After 7 days she woke up from the trauma and the mother asked her that, "dear what happened to you". She said,"I went on teres to remove dried clothes.  Because of the strong wind cushion cover, goes on the roof, but, I not able to reach to that so I climb on small wall besides that roof. Just trying to get that by left hand and my right hand was free and don't remember what happen next. Her mother was so confused that how she can contact with electricity. Actually, that was rainy season. When she tries to reach that thing so left hand was down and right hand was up. Just One drop of water fell on her hand from that electrical outlet and current flow travels from her whole body and released from tose. Where her all leg fingers stick to each other. And when current released it thrown her on the roof and she got almost hole in the cheek.

Doctor came from ICU, he said that "we have to remove her skin, which can contact with the current". Literally her skin, removes like we peal any fruit skin. On second day doctor gave another bad news that her right hand needs to separate from her body because that's not working at all before infection that have to separate. Parents were so depressed. They said, "she is just 10 years old how can she bear this pain"..??.

She is a fighter, doctor said. If god wrote this in her destiny than he definitely help her. The day came when her hand going to separate. The hospital called specialist for surgery, but first he had operated on other place so he came 4 hours late. He monitors her and saw one improvement. She responds 5%  means her hand starts working but still not work properly. The specialist also said,"Her zeal to survive give us hope & responding".  After 7 days almost 40% she improved. But her struggle not stop yet. She has also gone through plastic surgery because of cheeks almost had a hole. In three weeks she went through 2 surgeries. 

She demands of parents give her book & pencil. She starts writing with the left hand because she realized Even though no ones told her that right hand no more to work. Daily she writes 2 pages in a day. Doctor said,"I never see this much zeal for life". She spent 2 months in hospital and gone through so much pain and struggle. Totally she had 6 surgeries in 2 months. But she never cries and felt guilty whiling seeing her face in the mirror. 

When I asked Her, "Which things give you the power to deal with this incident...???? She replied, "Some peoples of society taunt me that she needs Life Time Help for  Parents. She will not able to do anything without others help...!!!. But I never take it in a negative way. That situation taught me to fight and deal with any situations". We hear many times that if God closed one door, but he opens several. If you have that zeal to deal with situations. Before This same incident was happened twice in neaghbour, but the meat to death on the spot. 

Now she has grown as a young and beautiful girl. Recently she gave the SSC exam. She is an independent girl. She doesn't like to take help from others. Her right hand still not working, but she accepts the reality where some normal peoples don't have courage to accept.

People tagged her "Born Artist". She didn't train painter or artist, but her drawing is a passion and she can make excellent Mehendi designs also. She can draw, drawing better than trained artist and all work she do with left hand. She has had dreams to be a "Fashion Designer". She said,"My parents are big support. I want to came across as a world best artist and want to fulfil my papa's dream" also.

The last words she spoke

"ज़िन्दगी हमें बहोत कुछ सिखाती है , कभी  हसती  हैं, तो  कभी  रुलाती  हैं, पर जो हस्ते हुए जिंदगी  को  आपने ले .....!!! उन्हीके आगे ज़िन्दगी सर झुकाती हैं "

Life teaches us many things. Sometimes it makes us laugh or make cry. But... Who happily accept it.... Life accepts that person. Just her energy its certainly something  you don't forget that type of energy she had. The Zeal For life She had....

WORDS........Different Mean To Different People

"Words" are weapons which are exceptionally the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force effectively with words of encouragement or catastrophically using words of desperation. Words have the ability and energy to power to help, to heal or cure, to obstruct, to damage, to distress, to embarrass, and too humble.  We are what our thoughts have made us so, take care about what you think. Words are secondary and thoughts live long. They travel far. Think twice before you speak, because sometime your words and influence will plant seed of either success or failure in the mind of other. 

When we express our gratitude we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not absolute words, but to live by them is necessary. Sometimes someone speak may be false and full of Art. When someone "murmur" are the natural language of heart. When opponent speaks that words may create negative energy but they showing our reality and side which we never faced before. Most of the people facing this thing. Till no one tell them what are you...??? they not understand it. 

Their are kind of peoples which only speaks one word which is not less than 100 words. power of words used it for good purpose of others and self. Beautiful thoughts made up of Beautiful words. The one word can connect to peoples. Attractive words are not always True and True words are not always delightful.

Life = Time....if you waste time simultaneously you wasting your Life.

On the 3rd of may our first ever #i3mumbai conference was overtaken at turbhe Navi Mumbai in "IBIS hotel". As that was first Conference, so it was an "I3 Orientation". He starts with very huge topic to discuss sometime difficult to understand that was "Dreams". If you dream than What is the reason behind them...???? And Why you dream...???. The vision for life is very important as I discussed in previous all are born with some purpose. If you find that reason, then not any richer people than you. Because there are peoplse in society who are blessed with prosperity, but, they don't know Where to spend means they don't know the purpose of that thing. He said,"Dream and asked yourself  How What & Why I dream this". First step is to dream, Don't think ever "how this dream come true" because this question kill dreams. After dreaming find the direction to accomplish it. Always follow step by step process to accomplish dreams or goals. It helps to focus on objective, it doesn't divert our mindset. 

Very Interesting thing happened, When sir told me to give feedback so I told him that, "Sir, I dreamt and took action on that and accomplish it so, from today my each step towards to come across as a "Star Dreamer" ". He immediately shares very interesting moment that was when Sujit Lalwani sir told him when sir last came to Mumbai. He visited to the zoo were One parrot was there, He keeps repeating one sentence "One at a time gentle man, one at a time" on the main entrance and that was small gate where only single people can enter at a time. Sometime we had lots of work to do. If you complete them one by one, then surely you can achieve it. 

Kumar NJ Bharath sir shared very small but very important and precious for life. He went to the very big library, somewhere this word he read that was "LIFE = TIME". Too small sentence, but had very big thought behind that. If you waste time simultaneously you wasting your life. God gave us a very precious thing that is "Human Life". You can born as anything in this world like flowers, non-living thing, animal, insect. But God chooses you as human. Don't waste it god give you valuable life make it to happen worth. And I don't think so anyone wants to waste their life. What things stopping you analyze them and start working on that. Don't ever wait for second chance,  do it in one shot. You never no what will happen next. Because....

ये  ज़िन्दगी  ना  मिलेगी  दोबारा  .........

Life Is About CHANGE........not about chance

Life is growth and growth means change. It doesn't come about by chance. Change can come in many forms in our lives. It might come forcefully like a tidal wave, or creep along incrementally like a glacier. It might come in the form of destructive tragedy, difficult choices, broken relationships, or even new opportunities. But even though change is often difficult, many times it’s also for the better. Accomplishing anything great in life requires significant change that pushes us beyond our comfort zones. Many times, the only way to improve our lives is to force ourselves to undergo difficult change. That might mean breaking up and leaving a stale, but comfortable relationship, lacking exceptional abilities, but stable job, moving away from a nice, but uninspiring location, or anything else that’s holding us back from accomplishing our dreams. Dealing with uninvited change in our lives is often difficult and painful. In many cases, initiate major, but necessity, change in our life can be just as painful. But whatever change you’re dealing with, know that how you survive with that change will have an impact on your future.

 From childhood to old age, we found many changes. In Childhood phase, we had not  realized or remembered what changes are happening, but if you now ask to our parents they definitely said something different from our behavior today. Changes come, according to in what environment we are growing. Sometimes you not able to analyze changes and went with the flow. In some cases you know that you need change and which thing stopping to make a change. You analyze it, but you not ready to make changes. In this case, ask questions to yourself Why this stopping me.....????. If you got this answer than surely you will make big changes in Life.

Chances that are opportunities. Waiting for big opportunity to change the life, it is a waste of time. They leave small opportunity and wait for the big chance. But if you start from small thing then and only you can make big chances to happen, because life is all about small small things sometime small opportunities give lessons which big not. If you don't find any opportunities than do something great where opportunity find you. Meanness don't stop their make changes if you don't find your dreams in particular direction  change it.

Life Is All About Change.....Change It at Right Time...Bend It In Right Direction...For this you Won't Need Any...Chance......

My first ever #i3 conference...........Unforgettable Experience it was

Before someday Bharath sir called for meeting. That day want to do call but sir called me and He gave surprise, Suggest me to post my blogs on IU-write-ups  and told us venue for our first ever conference that was "IBIS Hotel" it is #4star**** property at Navi Mumbai, Turbhe. Reporting time was 9.45 am. Before day of conference very excited that who would be our first celebrity guest....????  How He/She inspire us in what way.....????. Specially for first conference I brought new cloths..!!!!!. I going to entered in New World with lots of New Experiences and exposure New places.

Much awaited moment was came dated as 3rd may. Don't know that day destiny also make some things to happen with me. Reached at station by time but two trains are cancelled so I had to change two trains for reach to venue, after this my excitement level reached at another level. When entered at main gate of hotel, felt something different environment. My Bag checked in detector. First thing I saw of "ibis" that is lobby. Oh My God....!!!!! what an view of that place literally which I never see. After 5 minutes Bhrarath sir came and wish all delegates said,"All the best delegates & door is open".

When I entered in conference room My God..!!!! that was another level of surprise.

As saw that environment felt like I'm celebrity. Ever I saw my name on Id card and on attendance sheet. But Where I setted. My name label was their and personal notepad for note things and water bottle also their only for me....!!!!. that was fully new environment for me. As you can see in this picture.

Bharath sir welcome all delegates...!!!! with his million dollar smile with lots of enthusiasm. He asked us what are you all feeling.....????. I can't able to answer this question in one word.

Our first conference was on "#i3 Orientation". Sir told us why "Dreams" are important. Whatever we do asked questions to ourself & talking with self is very important. Until we not found Why I want to do this....???? and What direction should I follow...????.

He shared Tags of #i3. Which we have to achieved in each conference. 12 conference will happen on each sunday but its all depend on us what we will do and how we will do. But its not compulsory. Sir said,"we not force you to do projects its on you".

"Vision for Life"  words contain all its consequences. If you find this you can do anything. My mentors helping me for this. I Dreamt & already took actions on that & achieved it. By Setting/Settle goals in "SMART way". How to set goals I learnt from my mentors and from "Life Simplified Book" (Author Mr.Sujit Lalwani sir). We studying full form consequences of "SMART" since 4rth grade in Personality development subject. that is

• S- specific.
• M-Measurable.
• A- Achievable.
• R- Reasonable.
• T- Time Bound.

If we set our goals smart way you can achieve goal. But sir said,"when he set his goal in smart way, 99% its failed". You have to plan your goals smartly and sometimes its not worked but be committed towards goals. When you find the things are not happening according to you don't stop their, because any thing happen in our life their is some purpose behind them. In this World...!!!! not happen anything without any reason.

Mr. Kumar NJ Bharath sir with i3 Delegates.

The much awaited moment was came Bharath GC sir introduced Mr. Kumar NJ Bharath sir. He pursuing second year of engineering from Computer & Science Department at AMC Engineering College Bangalore. He is passionate software coder and since 5th grade had craze of software coding. He know 6 different software coding languages and like to learn new new things in coding. Microsoft organized exam called "Microsoft Technology Associate" In Bangalore. It is global level exam which is very tough to crack. 1000's of candidates participate and only 5 make it to happened and one of them is Mr. Kumar NJ Bharath sir. He joined i3 before 8 months to learn English speaking. Sir Said him,"It is not english coaching classes". But He said,"I find some hope in this". He start talk with bigggg smile..!!!! which gave me energy to grasp things which he going to talk. Before he starts literally I removed my shoes because they disturbing me, so I don't want any disturbance. 

He asked, "who working hard everyday"...????. No one raised their hands. He said,"what things stopping you, analyze and start working on that". He said,"When he was living in hostel, so all friends underestimate him some time directly or purposely but he very well aware about his purpose so no one can stop him. He wants to learn english speaking but environment never helped him. He tried to speak in english with friends but they said,"You don't know karnataka.....!!!!, so he leave it their". He passed 12th with excellent score and 92 out of 100 in english subject. He had wished to admission in NIIT's or IIT's college and wait until 6th round for that but in all round's he got same college. One day his father said him,"Destiny wants to say something to you". When he was in first year of engineering he came to contact with #i3 and his life changing journey starts. 

Who wants to be Extraordinary....???? he asked. All raised their hands. again he asked who trying to became an Extraordinary....????. No one response. He apprise one story. Their was one wood cutter who had very big muscles and personality. He got job to cut trees and he cut 18 trees on first day and thought will cut more than 18 trees on next day. But cut 15 trees on second day. He thought, "I will make it to happen it tomorrow" and 10 trees on third day. But shockingly he cuts only 5 trees on fourth day. He said to his boss that ,"don't know what happen to me I'm giving same efforts than also not make it to happen". boss asked him,"When you sharpened your axe last". The moral of the story is Self motivation is most important and keep motivating yourself. He said, "Life is a race participate in its each moment and performed no matters win or lose at least you are in race" and believe in yourself. In Entire conference I not felt at any moment that he wasn't  known english before.

After this question answer session starts. one of the delegate Ms. pooja galande asked,"Sir sujit lalwani sir said hardwork with luck must needed to success, so I know hardwork but what is luck..."..???. Sir gave very wonderful example. He asked her, "you want to go on 5th floor than what you prefer Leaft or stair case". She replied."Sir Leaft".  He said,"incase leaft stop working than what will you do". So luck not work every time but hardwork is most important. Another i3 delegate Mr.Ketan asked"Sir you said you not got college you want and also your friends underestimate you so, how you come across that". Sir again explained with one example and asked him,"If you had to travelled from turbhe to mumbai stop if bus not stop their than what you will do". He replied,"i will go on last stop". It means if you know your goal and you committed towards that than no one can stop you. If you have zeal to achieve dreams than their is no any power in world to stop you.

We get chance to interact with him personally after conference. As I belongs to information technology field and he is passionate software language coder so he helped me to build interest in it. He suggest us very great things. This is my first ever conference which I never expect and unforgettable experienced it was...!!!!.

Walk With Knowledge That You Never Alone........

"We Know Basic Needs Of Human That Is Food-Cloth-Shelter. But For Living Life You Need Beautiful Eyes Look For The Good In Others, For Beautiful Lips Speak Only Words Of Kindness And For Poise Walk With The Knowledge That You Never Alone. It Is The Language Which Deaf Can Hear And The Blind Can See".  

After lot of struggle I got Admission in diploma. Even though passed with good marks which are sufficient for diploma. Engineering was not my choice. I thought "Definitely Destiny something planned for me".  With this thought I attended First day of college with lots of energy and excitement. But in every lecture one question was common that is "What is IT State in India......????" Because we belongs to IT department. This question was very new for me and also not understand that question. Yet I completed my diploma till never tried to find answer for question and Now pursuing second year of engineering form IT Department but very passionate about Hardware computer repairing and I'm doing that also. 

Beginning with today's incident, went for friend's sister wedding by returning from their I came by bus. After some distance one lady came and setted beside to me. She asked many question and once again I face same question. The question was, "Now what is the Scope of IT in India, because my daughter just passed 10th I want direction what should I do.....????" I said her,"Ma'am industry not create any scope. We create Scope for them and Each field is challenging it on us how seriously we studied". She took all information of subjects and address of colleges. She said,"God bless you, study well". encourage me to study further.

"Follow Your Goals, Vision for Life & Passion Too".

You might be confuse because till now we heared, "Follow your dreams or goals passionately ". But for me passion and dreams both are individuals. I have dream to wear that black cap and coat of  after complete Engineering. I have dream to make parents feel proud and many more. Passion is I already mentioned. Because of my friend Mrs. Pallavi, this passion come across. We both share same passion

Sometime we worked for 6-7  hours continuously and very passionately. Till now we make to happen our each worked successful.

Let Life Surprise you..........

Life is full of Surprises and We love that, if it is good enough...!!!!!. Everyone desire/wishing for positive surprises. Some things we thought let it go...!!!. and we gone with flow. But in future that things surprise us unexpectedly and give new way to our wishes. When life confound cynically it sometimes demotivate but that situations definitely give some lessons. I got many surprises which are unexpected for me and out of box also. From negative things always took lessons and That mistakes  should not be happen in future. Positive surprises unlatch new ways and encourage to do more than last. I've been around a long time and life still has a whole lot of surprises for me.

Many things happen in life which was not of my choice. Now that things surprising me in many ways Which boosting me for set objective than last goal. Surprisingly....!!!! some things I do that surprise to my friends  but not to me. They appreciate each achievement and encourage too. So I get to know what they think for me which is unexpected.

Destiny make to happen things which are on correct time when I need it. It totally give me new directions towards the life.

Life is full surprises you but when you need it.....
