"Point Of View" depends upon you. What you see and Looking for. If you living with negative mind and want positive life than its absolutely impossible. When you really listen another person from their point of view and reflect back to them that understanding it's like giving them support. Everyone must have their point of views because you come to know your thoughts processing abilities. One view can differentiate you from group and also peoples change point of view towards you.

In some situations your point of view doesn't match with others, but don;t ignore them try to do with that point of view also, sometimes its works and you will more satisfied than yours view. The great leaders are became The leaders because of views, Their thoughts differentiate  them from ordinary humans.

Now-a-days we see live examples of saadhu and saints. Peoples blindly follow them because their thoughts are connect with them. Peoples do agree with their views and they started living life according to them. Sometime its bring positive influence and sometime negative. How you will take, its fully depend upon you.

Give And Take............Happiness to serving others

I've learned from my mentors that true happiness comes from "Giving" rather than "Taking" any thing. Helping others along the way makes you shape who you are. I think that appreciation is what we're all searching for. That makes you better person & hard worker. I experienced our mentors gracefully  balanced mentoring to all delegates, They never tried to create us in their own images, But Give us opportunity to create ourselves. I haven't come across anyone who did this things in my entire life. They ever mentor us, solve our queries without any selfishness or ego. "Kindness" is next word of  "Giving" . This word creates confidence and motivate to give more and more to others.

The greatest example is our parents who made countless sacrifices as they cared for and foster us through our new beginnings and childhood. Provide with us necessities of life, and nursed us through physical illness, the emotional stress and lot of things. Which we never even thought to give them back.

Till now I execute four projects in #i3mumbai. All experiences are out of the world which I experienced first ever time in my entire life. Which I thought to do but, not took any actions to actualized that thoughts. That experiences was projection of my dreams and capabilities of giving escape from regular existences.

FAMILY........Life's Greatest Blessing

"I Blessed with very big family". Which is greatest strength of my life. I live in join family with 10 members. Which is rare in this era. When I shared this with any friends they shocked & start asking many questions. After Each conferences till now happen in #i3, they ask us "what are your reasons to join #i3".....????.  My "Papa" is one of the reason to join #i3, I want to make him feel proud...!!!!. He gone through society criticism because he had daughters And when peoples comment on him but..!!! He never answered them. One day I asked him," why you always quite, why you don't answer them...

!!!!". He said,"You are their to answer them from your Achievements". I shared very good relationship with my father. Whenever he saw my sad face, He touch my feet's to make me laugh (I know you are smiling). 

My grandmother (Head of family). She is coolest member of house and last year crossed her 65th year. Till I hear from many friends that their grandmothers forcing them to "marry soon" , but...!!!! Whenever anyone asked to my grandma that."your grand-daughters have to marry now", & she always answered them,"NO..!!! yet they not complete their education". She completed her studies till 4rth grade so she always encourage us for education and not even bit of conservative about us. She admire my each thing & first person in house who celebrates Achievements. 

I find many faces in a person such as One Best Friend, a Well Wisher which  help me to make decisions, One Guide, One Doctor, One Teacher and many more that person is My Mother. She is not something, but everything for me. My whole world revolves around her. I share each and everything with her. She is very concern about us. My father never asked me any questions even though I reached late at home, but my Mother always asked me each and everything. Even she asked what I done whole day at college...!!!!!.  But I never felt irritating with her questions and calls, because I find her love & care for me.

Sisters is probably the most competitive relation but once sisters grown, its became strongest relationship. Their is no friend like sister in clam or windy weather. To cheer one on uninteresting way. To collect one if goes astray. to boost if one stumble down. to nourish whilst ones stands.

I'm average in studies till 4rth grade because not able to read books and not even understands teachers language, I had attend tuitions for reading but one day tuition teacher said to my uncle that,"she is not capable for study in English medium". Then my uncle is the person who taught me reading with lot of dedication and I learnt not only English reading but also Marathi reading in one month. "The bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but feel  respect & joy for each other" this statement dedicate to my Aunt. 

The love of family and admiration is very much important than wealth and privilege. You don't choose your family it is gift of god. I'm Thank full To God for blessing me with This Family.

LESSONS.....Learn for Life

We experienced many things in our Life. When you share your experienced with lessons you had  took that set example for others. Not everyone will appreciate what you share with them. You have to estimate who's worth your kindness and who's just taking edge. Because

God doesn't give you the  people you want. 

He gives you people you need. 

To help you, to hurt you, 

To leave you,

To love you & 

To make you the person you meant to be.

Keep going everything you need will come to your perfect time. Be the person who always think twice before doing anything Because their are some peoples who take heart out of you and there are  people who put it back. When I look back on life I see pain, mistakes I had done but....!!! When I see in mirror Felt strength from learned lessons. Make a peace with your past so it won't affect your present. Don't ever think what others think of you because its your life not their. Don't ever compare with others because all have unique personalities and journey of life to share with others. Stop thinking too much because it doesn't help you to accomplish your task. Phases in life cure almost everything. Take time.

To make right choice in life you have to get connect with your soul. To do this you need to experienced isolation which most peoples are afraid because in the silence you can hear the truth and find out the solution. Problems & mistakes of yesterday are now just memories of a learned lessons. I imbibe the energy and possibilities of each new day. acknowledge the simple beauty that can be taken for granted and look forward to tomorrows new beginning.

Personality.........Be yourself

Not Being...!!!!! Be YourSelf is called personality. We are all born with a special genetic paradigm, which lays out  the basic characteristics of our personality as well as our physical health and appearance. We all that experiences changes the Life. Personality is series of untouched of successful motions. An ugly personality shatter a beautiful appearance. Carry different different attitudes but...!!!! Don't ever carry differ differ Personalities, it in harmful for our Life. If you are always positive towards whatever coming to you then you don't need to develop personality.

It has:-  

• Power to Inspired,
• Strength  to downcast &
• Potential to praise.

I think it's my personality to overcome things, learn from them and become strong, both personally and professionally. To be honest I work hard on those hardships. It can open doors, but only temper can keep them open. Arrogance, Ignorance & Incapability. Not a pretty equivocal of personality mark in best of situation. 

Don't get confused between my Personality & my Attitude. Personality is who I am, & Attitude depends on who you are........

Thought process......processing a thoughts

"Thought Process" processing a thoughts. When we connect someone's thought and start applying in our life means updating our thoughts to their thoughts that we can say thought processed from one phase to another. I thought while communicating or sharing thought processed will improve. Because I experienced whenever went for meeting with sir he shared many things and I always come back home with new energy. Human beings can only passed one thing directly with each other that is energy, so always pass and take capable and proficient energy.

Whenever saw back to my journey from joining #i3 till today their is huge difference in my "Personality". When I was pursuing diploma, pay for "Personality Development" coaching classes that was from college, so couldn't ignore that classes too. Their was essential and strict instructions from teacher's  to attend that class. They taught us very valuable and beautiful things like how to speak, how we can improve our skills...etc. but we never take action toward that thoughts.

When that coaching teacher asked me, What is Life..??? Literally I won't able to answer..!!!!!. But #i3 thought me. Today I can answer any questions. Because promptly gone through some situations. so "Life Is Journey Not an Destination". Journey with lots of great moments, achievements and some failures. "Life Simplified" (Author--Sujit Lalwani sir) taught me failure is not an end,...it just a bend, take a lessons from that and continued your journey.

When I asked, Who want to became an successful....???? Sure your answer also same as everyone answered. Everybody want to successful in life and it has to dream of each one. But after achieving your goal don't stop their, dream more than last one. because I want to repeat it again that "life is journey not an destination". 

For this question my answer is "I don't want to be an successful because I want became an successive". 

Whatever you want or dreamt toPlanned itFollow that plan everyday,Take immediate Actions.....

MISUNDERSTANDING........can be so deadly

"Misunderstanding" the all consequences are in word only. The word "miss" signifies something is  absent and "understanding" specifies appreciation. We thought if anyone don't understand our perspectives which want to convey. The moment of misunderstanding is so deadly because that make us to forget hundreds likeable moments spent. If anyone just give look, human mind starts creating images/illusions unclear thoughts which they never experienced or gone through. some peoples have mentality if he/she gave someone's question's answer they thought he/she knowns everything and if not answered anything they thought he/she not know anything.

We thought our loved once understand us in every way. But its not true.....!!!!! because our body language, which person takes in what way its depend on their mentality. Sometimes, We want to convey something different but, person takes it in another way. That's the very difficult moment to explain each and everything. I want to share one thing:

I'm not a perfect human, make a lot of mistakes, but still  I love those people who stay with me after knowing my exact personality. Because better to live with the person who understand you rather than who not. I hate to recall things that happened at past, I don't want to remember. Ever try to live in group which inspires you,  encourage you,  push you in something which you never try to do.
                 
 Never wast your time to explain who you are to peoples who commit to misunderstand you. Because if they understands you then ever never demand for any "clarifications". The awkward moment is when you still can't understand someone after repeated yourself. But....

Never choose me without understanding, and never loose me because of small misunderstanding.

 I may be wrong sometime,   somewhere but not every time &     everywhere.

Its not my Self-Esteem its my Standpoint............

RESPONSIBILITY......the moment you take

"Responsibility" are made wise not by the remembrance of our past, but it is our future. Its way towards independence of further. You can't run away from the responsibility of tomorrow by avoiding it today. Must take personal responsibility because cannot change situations so you can better to change yourself. The greatest day of life is when we take entire responsibility for our viewpoints, that's the day we can say truly grow up.

Whatever you are, be better to, their involved totally. If you find yourself in unbearable situation you have three options:-

• Remove yourself from situation.
• Change it or.
• Accept it totally. 

If you want to be responsible in life so better to choose one among those three options and you have choose now to accept the consequences. Concern about whatever you doing or done don't blame others. accept responsibility than blame others. Let the responsible to inspire you and others than the obstacles discourage you. Every right understanding a responsibility and every opportunity and every possession is an Duty, Once a wisdom is not best convey in words but it expressed in option one makes. when choice make it is eventually our responsibility.

I can't always control my thoughts, but I can choose how I response to them. Accept responsibility for your life know that it is you who will get you. where you want to go no on else. In Long living life. we shape our lives and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And choice we make are ultimately our own responsibility.

Maturity comes when you stop making excuses and start making changes.....

"Women Empowerment" huge topic to discuss. We saw now also their are some places where girls are getting married before a maturity phase and society ignore these things. We are living in 21st century Era. Where our country moving towards developed country. But now also girls are facing major difficulties. Education, Equality, Security, Lifestyle and many more. On each and every step she have to gone through hurdles that can be buses while travelling, What kind of cloths she wearing and many more. Where great living examples are their, Sania mirza (Sania Mirza is a professional Indian tennis player), Saina nehwal (ranked No. 1 in the world by Badminton World Federation Women's Singles), Mary Kom( five-time World Amateur Boxing champion, and the only woman boxer to have won a medal in each one of the six world championships.), tejaswini sawant (Indian shooter from the Maharashtrian city of Kolhapur.). and many more . Girls had achieved in each and every field it can be Sports,Art,Drama etc. Great peoples tried to changed society mentality but they not successful.

I want to share most important thing. In my community girls are taking higher education and boys spending/living life on their parent's money and in some cases family is not supportive then she have to marry before. If family support then they facing difficulties to find Right Guy which educated more than girl. We wrote easy, gave many speeches on "Equality" saying that their isn't difference between girl and boy. But whenever gone through any situation society makes difference.

Where Government made/advertised many schemes, facilities and services to empower women's and make them to independent. Some ward changes are happen in society  but not that much. Now-a-days media is the best way to convey things.

But...!!!! yesterday I saw news where they showcasing "wardrobe malfunction" happening to Celebrity. Literally I'm shocked when saw that pictures. photographer shoot her possibled all angles and news channels showing that new as a "Breaking News". Where some peoples taking efforts to changing mentality and other side  these peoples are doing these things.

We all Fight over the label called "Feminine". means it about Empowerment for me. Its not being a more powerful than men. But..!!!! its about having equal rights with protection, support, justice, this are very basic things. Than Why we have to Fight for this....????. Power can be taken, but not given. The process of taking is "Empowerment".

     The Shining STARS.

Earth revolves around the sun Like this World's Life cycle revolves around Women. Without us Life cycle is incomplete. There are lots of that doesn't deal with empowerment so you have to empower your self in order to be applicable any type of struggle. No one can make you feel lesser without your assent. Always say......

Right DIRECTIONS and GUIDANCE......step towards achievements

When I joined #i3 never thought, to get this opportunity to listen and interact the person who drop-out not once its happen twice with him and today he come across as "The Super Star Achiever" on #i3 platform. Because of #i3 I experiences many great moments and this was one of them. Our mentors arranged "#i3 Insight Conference"  which held at Bandra in IES college of Management & Research. We reported at venue by 10.30 am and conference started by 11.00 am. As always #i3 is all about surprises.

As I reached their my mentor (Ms. Kavyashree MR mam) called me and she said,"I have to handle today's technical work" of conference. Literally I felt so happy and little bit nervous too. This was one among my dream list to worked on stage. #i3 is full of celebrations so I have to played songs in between excited moments. While testing sound system & mice system before conference doesn't faced any difficulties all things are working properly but at the time of conference starts it won't worked properly. Really found helpless and can't made it happen.

Conference begun with lot of energy and enthusiasm. Bharath GC sir(our mentor) started
interacting with peoples who gathered their. He shared lots of things and asked some question like "What are difference between our education system and International", Why you all thought they get valuable education.????. They answered Because they had:-

• Exposure of places.
• Opportunities.
• Prof//Mentors.
• Supportive environment. 
• Self confidence. 
• Attitude towards learning.
• Thought Processed.
• They do what they want to be.

=>And I connected to this all points because these happening to me after joining #i3. As mumbaikar I never travelled Western Route and Central Route, so for me it is full of exposure of places.

=>On day of conference got a opportunity to handle technical work, which I dreamt to.

=>What can I say about mentors..!!!!! blessed with world class mentors

=>When I made small small things to happen they make it large and Support to improved more.

=>Today I can speak in front of  hundreds of peoples this much self confidence has build.

=>My exams going on floor soon, so my mentor gave me task to complete exam syllabus within the time. I planned each and everything and divide days according to subjects.

=>My mentors never taught us difference between Right and Wrong things they always talk right and how it can be  more right things. My friends asked me, you what to be an successful,,???? I replied them ,No "don't want to be Successful because"I want to became an Successive". Sujit Lalwani sir said,"Life is not an destination, it is a JOURNEY".

=>Engineering was not my choice but some things are destiny make to happen with me. Which change my thoughts and I started taking interest and working hard too.

Bharath GC sir welcome to Dr. Surendra Ayer sir. He is gold medallist in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University. After 10th he took studies seriously. He faced many problems and struggle a lot for. His friends enraged him so he used to study out off college. Studied medicine for his mother because she wants, her son to earn something and ranked 1st but he said to his mother, "Can do study but can't thought for rank". He studied passionately with lots of determination and dedication. After this he got reward of his hardship ranked 1st in Entire University. If you focused towards your dreams then you can achieved any goal.

 After this, the much Awaited moment was came. Bharath GC sir welcomed  celebrity of the day Mr. Subhash KC sir. He is President of World Merit Country Council India. He pursuing his final year in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He is declared TRUE IUITE at the #i3 platform and he also was awarded the SUPER STAR Award at IU1010 season 4. He has been the lead volunteer at IUOSB While he is founder of "Credence Robotics and Learn Play Innovate"."Credence robotics" is among the list of top five robotics companies  In Bengaluru, karnataka .

 

                                                              

  Mr. Subhash KC sir

                                        (President of World Merit Country Council India)

He had developed a robotic system(Medical robot with EHRS) which secures the digital data of patients and use the same for automated treatment purpose. The project was listed TOP 10 among 250+ participants in entire India.

He started Talk by Thanking Almighty, Mentors and Himself. Sir said." He is  Drop-out student not once..!!!! its happen with him twice". If I can do this so why can't you peoples...!!!!.  He is very passionate about Robotics. When His relative's death was happen because of improper medication so he decided to do something for these. No one took him seriously and not had any support from his loved once. He was so depressed and Stress. He tried to attempt suicide.  Suddenly he showed 500  bugs and asked what is the value of this Note everyone replied, "five hundred rupees".!!!. He crushed...!!!!! it and smashed on floor. He said,"this was my value before" and again he picked up that note  made it proper and said,"this is my value after joining #i3, it comes as a sunshine in his life. He created platform for youth. Who are interested in robotics because as he gone through so much of struggle so, don't want to suffered anyone else. He wishes to inspire practically in education and empower youth with ability to lead themselves better.

After conference we had Questions Answers session in which many peoples asked question and he answered them directly and in very simple way. One lady asked him, Sir you already achieved then why you studying,,????. He replied,"Education is most important and for parents he completing his
degree.

From this I learnt,

To Achieving your goals, Determination, Dedication, Commitments, Sacrifices are not enough but also you need......

Right DIRECTIONS,

 Right GUIDANCE , &

Right PLATFORM.

Weakness......Journey to convert it into Strength

When my mentors (Mr. Bharath GC sir, Dr. Surendra ayer sir) asked me to messaged them. My Weakness and Strength....?????. but not able to messaged them because. I very well aware about my weaknesses but had blind point for Strengths. After joining #i3, as always I said it is life changing experienced this is one among many changes in life. Come to know how can weakness convert into strength. and personally felt Strength doesn't came from winning. Its came from improvements and struggles you gone through. When you make decision "not to surrender"that is victory towards weakness and realization of strength can grows only by continuous endeavour and struggle.

Our greatest weakness is "Giving up" . We thought. its not happen now so...!!! how will be happen next and most certain way to succeed is always to try just one time more, at least had satisfaction that efforts we took for achieving target, process to growing/improving your strengths.

After joining #i3 I gain strength, courage and confidence by each and every experienced in which really  stop to look fear on face.we must tried to do things which think we cannot. if someone push me towards something is my weakness then definitely I will convert it into Strength. so #i3 is a "kick" for me to,

Dream as Dreamer,
Achieve as Achiever.

Positive actions give strength to ourself, set examples in others life, inspired them  towards good actions. My mentors said, "Don't ever wait for exceptional opportunities, because it is on you how you make them extraordinary. #i3 is turning point for me with  lots of celebrations, education, and journey toward fulfil my DREAMS.

    

HOPE.......make difference between expectations and Desired

"HOPE" the word is very small but significance is larger then length. acquire a knowledge from yesterday, Hoping best for tomorrow and important thing that not to lose hope. Accept finite disappointment but have infinite hopes, it is the light despite all darkness we have. you may not have congenial  life and you may gone through obstacles but never underestimate yourself , the consequence. hope is being  important /better it makes stronger because past shown us courage  can be communicable and hope can take on life as its own.

A little commitment, a more little endeavour and Whatever failure may occurred and it turns into Glory Of Achievement. Hopes lies in dreams, in imaginative world and courage of those who had daring to dream come to actualization. Hope is just like a "Sunshine" which brings new energy everyday. But always remembered difference between Desired and hoped for. I won't raised my hopes on the base of confusions because that are desired to be at situation. Hopes are which gives extra glucose to achieving dreams.


सर्व हरवण्या पेक्षा जस्ता वाइट् काय आसु शक्त .....ती आशा हरवणे ....!!!!!! जिच्या भरवश्यवर आपण सर्व कही मिळवू शकतो..... 

So..!!! Don't lose it...... :-)

Determination.....today's way......to success tomorrow

"Determination"  this word specify token of success is hardship and dedication towards work  whether we win or lose but at least we have applied our best on that task. Desireness is the solution to motivation and encouragement but determination is loyalty towards pursuing your goal. that is the commitment to excellence towards the goal. A great dreamer can became a great achiever but its not a magic, it not possible without hardship and determination. Believe in your dreams and yourself. Understand rout to achieve it. we all have dreams, but in order to make dream came true, it takes lots of effort and self disciplines too.

Will do it..!!!! and Can do it...!!!! their is huge difference between this two  words. If we choose/follow way of determination it is the step towards achievements. Don't panic before performance because nervousness manipulates way. When you set goal it took's  determination, sacrifices and commitments. Do it for know and further life will live in rest.

I have always experienced that anything worth achieving will gone through obstacles in that way. Personally I felt....Until obstacles are not their, we won't able to found avenue for our goals. Until you not faced challenges or take challenges that  haven't worth for our dreams.

Determination is key to motivation ...!!!! to success tomorrow...........

To CONQUER FEAR..........is the step towards achievments

"To Conquering Fear" its not easy for me at all..!!!. Want to do many things in Life, but no one was their to guide me. We always said,"first mentors of  Life is our parents and after parents our teachers. Sorry!!!! but I never experienced teachers as my mentors they always taught difference between good and bad things, but never direct which path should follow. I not said,"they aren't good tutors". Because of #i3 blessed with three most wonderful mentors in the world (Mr. Bharath GC sir, Dr. Surendra ayer sir, Ms. Kavyashree mam) and First mentors till now after parents. I know word called"mentor" but after joining #i3 experienced real consequence of this word.  

The very first things they taught us,

 

                                                   why WE FEAR of FEAR, 

                                                  Whatever situation it is face it,

                                                 Whatever result it is face it, 

                                               Whatever opportunity it is grab it,

                                                                  and 

                                                        give your best.

Before performing any task I always afraid of results. My mentors taught me to Believe in myself and take your challenges on. It give more strength to conquer fear and if once you done this then never let anyone think to bring you down. you got one avenue towards life. I gone through many situations and realized it is better to conquer your self its give self confidence and it cannot taken by you, even not by angels. Don't be afraid to give your best no matters how your task is greater or smaller. I gave seminars and presentations but that are different thing because talking  about  particular topic and sharing experience is another thing. After joining #i3 when I spoke in front of more than 500 peoples first time ever in life. Every time conquer one makes you more stronger than last. 

This was my first ever experienced on stage and happen just after joining #i3 even season not start yet. When went to Terna college of Engg. at Nerul to attend Sujit lalwani sir's talk and  Suddenly he called all #i3mumbai delegates on floor to shared reason behind joining #i3. I spoke very few words but it given me 10 times more strength to speak better next time. Really This was my one of the unforgettable moment and First Achievement of Life.

If you want to conquer fear just don't think and sit at home start actualizing thoughts.

Conquering Fear.....it is my Step Towards Achievements.....

-: IU NPB a reduced plastic Project :-

IU NPB is among the list of top 10 projects in "One Young World". As name enumerates this initiative is symbol of simplicity that impacts the society toward the positivity. In this project, old news papers are converted into differ differ sizes bags and distributes at shops to encouraging them to reduced usage of plastic. This project was already executed at different different places like Hyderabad, Bangalore and even out of country like Russian. 

-:Objectives of this initiative:-

=>Save environment.:-  plastic causes innumerable harm(global warming) to our environment                                                  because it tooks about 6 months to dilute and that process is very harmful for our earth.

=>Save trees:- For making one IU NewsPaperBag 10 sheets of news paper are used which is  

                                already used and printed so, No further in used. it avoid "tree cutting"  is    

                                  huge issue  for our environment. and second reason is paper takes few minute to dilute and recycle easily without any harm. 

=>Spreading Awareness:- Not only making bags and distribute them but also educate peoples to                                                   reduced the usage of plastic as possible as. Because can't avoid at least we can reduced usage.  

What an great experienced it was.!!!!!. never thought to do  this before. I saw many peoples take this initiative but not take self affords to make something like IU NPB and they just distribute ready made cloths bags and spread awareness. But IU NPB is next level project to spread awareness as well as with innovative ideas. Because of #i3  I experienced many things which never in my "wish list". This project was also out of my box. Our mentors decided execute this activity on 14th April place called Five Gardens at vadala(matunga) on occasion of "Ambedkar Jayanti". All #i3mumbai delegates came with 10 sheets of old news paper, cardboard, glue and rope. All are get together at decided venue. Before activity starts Ms. Shruti Singh(#i3mumbai delegate) brief us significance of IU NPB activity.

#i3 activities are lots of surprises and enthusiasm..!!!!even more enormous than last Activity. Mr.Bharath GC sir(our mentor) divide all delegates into two teams. Each one of in same team were unknown to each other. Delegates worked under guidance of two leaders(Ms Urvika patil & Ms. Shruti singh). They guide us effectively. Overall we made 18 bags in one and half hours. I got many friends and had great interaction which are from different different stream and colleges. We had lots of fun. As #i3 say "Celebrate LIFE".

After activity each and every delegate shared their experienced , one of the #i3 delegate Mr. Mohm Irfan khan decides to teach this IU NPB to under privilege government school kids and Mr. Anuj Tiwari spoke very simple and effective words "One NewsPaperBag can Replace One Plastic bag". Really I felt satisfied that "I took one step forward to impact society towards positive rout". Bharath sir said we can also,"Donate that bag and educate the peoples". So we decided to donate bags.

                                                                                                                                                                

 This was First bag we donated. Asked him for 2 minutes and he ready to listen us and educate him that we can't avoid plastic but at least we can reduced usage of plastic. He promised us definitely will going to spread awareness as possible as. 

In this shop we had great experienced. Asked them for a minute. they immediately ready to listen us, we brief them our purpose behind IU NPB they appreciate our thoughts. He taught us very knowledgeable things that paper takes few minutes to recycle, plastic takes 6 months were silver foil takes 6 years to dilutes.!!!!!. I said, "why you don't teach this things to your consumers". he said, "All shoppers came here they are well educated". and when he charge them for plastic bag they avoid and pay charges.

After this we gone through two negative responses

This was climax and most memorable moment of the day. After two negative response this was the moment were we forget negativity. I read some were  negative is more powerful compare to positive, but this moment proved me wrong. Really he was full of energy and enthusiasm. He asked,"where you all are from"...???. No one asked us before. and also asked us for more bags. In few minutes our sadness converted into POSITIVITY.

Dignity.....is my LIFE

"Dignity" word expresses maturity is capability to think. Speak and act as your affection within hurdle of. The estimation of your maturity is how divinely you speak during the centre of your anger.

Their are two types of admiration Good & Bad, "good admiration" defines your dignity and self-regard, bad shows your arrogance. 

When we stand for right thought and society against that. They judge us, make their own views without knowing actual situation. We have misconceptions that pensioners known each and everything about life because they already gone through many circumstances but.!!!! according to me its not true!!!. I didn't said,"their thoughts are wrong" but perspectives are..???. Society where justice is very challenging, where hardship impose and where ignorance conquer. I not speak for myself  but for those without voice and I want to make them to speak. their right to live in peace, their right to be treated with dignity. 

Today I experienced very valuable thought want to shared. When I travelling by auto, One lady was sitting opposite to me. She dressed full sleeves and neck was covered by cloth because her entire body was burned because of some accident happen with her. Everyone sitting their started staring her continuously, she felt uncomfortable!!!! and some peoples made comments too. She bear those all things for time and suddenly she spoke said,"what are you doing, I'm also human, I have right to live, think if your daughter, wife, or mother is on my place can you do same thing with them". Really I want to salute that women who decides to speak up for her "Dignity" she stands for her "self-respect". When "boy" came late night its not matter to society but when same thing happen to "girl"....???? no need to explain next. We wrote and listen many essays, speeches on "Independence" and "Equality" and thought for bringing changes in society, but.??? until we not actualized this things the change is impossible.  

Freedom is the unbolted window through which flows the sunlight of the human soul and human dignity. the important things are human society depends upon opportunities and enlargement grant to individual.

Being Polite.......Is The Blossom of Humanity

"Politeness" it change the human thought process, it force mind to think twice. you studied the story called "Tit for Tat" human mind also similar as this. If anyone hurts you.  you thought same thing to do with that person, if we think essentially then what is difference between you and another one ?????. Change according to situation and it must needed its called adjustment. Everyone like quality modifications in life. No one think to hurt intentionally,undoubtedly some reasoning are their. But before making any alterations in conducts oneself think twice because its not matter for that particular span it demonstrate(reflects) on your entire "LIFE". Our mind once made any perspective it flows on that directions only, then it is very difficult to changes its orientation. 

Before a day, was returning from college as always their was so much mob. I saw Ticket Conductor asking politely everyone for ticket. Senior citizen was setting their and his wife sited after four seats. Ticket conductor came and asked him for ticket, but..!!! pensioner not responds..!!! again he asked. Repeatedly tried for three times. But when responds and said,"my wife will collect ticket" he smile and go back to that pensioner's wife for ticket, without any "negative comment" he just politely doing his work. when he came to me I tender him 6 rupee change and he kindly said, "Thank you Madam" for this. Felt so happy because before this I had some negative experiences and suddenly my views are changed. I take lessons from this. That never apply identical sentiment for each person because personalities and persons are also different. Don't change according to situation be yourself. Make modification but with good origin. Their is huge difference between imitation and Politeness.

Sometime we felt their is no need to polite but just avoid this thought be polite and definitely you will experienced something new.

Appreciation.......Moments to Express

"Appreciation" which gives you perceptions and awareness to move forward towards the higher goal then last and accomplishments. When our work admired by executive its give more strength to set enormous goals. By taking the time to stop, appreciate you are and what you have achieve and conceivably took lessons through mistakes, stumbles and losses. Actually you are magnifying and acknowledging about your self because of those mistakes was happen. When we express our gratitude,we must never forget highest esteem absolute words which speak, but also to actually live by them.

My mentors admire each and every small things which I execute. It gives me strength to accomplished goals and I gain more potential to set next objective. Appreciation can build self-confidence, strength to think beyond, it improve thought process, it force our mind to do and this is most wonderful things which happens, because it is required to boost our lifestyle.

If we make a habit to tell peoples "Thank you" express your appreciation without any expectations and honestly. Truly appreciate those around you. Daily used to travelled by bus for college, before a day their was so much mob and one lady setting on first seat as I entered she just said,"give me your bag will handover it"!!!. after taking bag from her when I said "Thank you" she smiled and said welcome. Before this I'm so frustrated and that moment really gave me happiness.

CHILDHOOD......The Imaginative Dilusions

Childhood is candy. the most memorable and bright phase of LIFE. Even we don't remember our 1st birthday moments, but whenever we saw that old albums the feeling was out of the world!!!. All has spent some time in space will love it for rest of their Lives. My childhood was of lots of happiness and where is happiness!!!! obstacles should be their as standard "Rule of Life". This are situations only teach us which not any schools or institutes do's. For this department teacher is "LIFE". The most of time financial crisis are their, but my parents never gave realization and never discussed. My friend has cycle but I haven't!!!!. Sometimes I felt..??? teacher taught us "their is no difference, we all are one". Then why this big difference !!!! why god partial to me..???. But that situation taught me to dream, it gave me strength to dreamt for cycle. I wasn't thought "how this dream come true...???".

My Childhood fantasy was to became a "Air hostage". I thought everyone work at ground but I want to worked around blue blue clouds. Whenever anyone asked me what you want to be...???. I answered them. They laughed and said,"don't dreamt beyond abilities" that time was not able to understand the depth of sentence. We always said,"friendship is the relation which we decides. When I was in 7th grade one day after break we all friends discussed each an everyone dreams so, I told them my fantasy too, but!!! one of them laugh at me and explain what criteria are their for that post. Really that day I was very disturb and felt helpless because not eligible in any criteria and my childhood fantasy dilutes.

In school days I was very good in out door games, from 5th to 7th grade I got back to back three meddles for running(1st rank in 100 meters). I also selected at state level competition for "Long jump". 1st to 10th grade I used to  participates in each and every function like "Dancing, Singing, Drawing, Hand writing, Poem recitation competitions"  and many more. Also awarded as 1st prize for rangoli competition because I made rangoli from flower petals which was innovative idea.

I mentioned all this things because like mine you also have these all achievements in childhood phase but as we grow up with our surrounding. We forgot our dreams and started running to be an
successful. Now-a-days if we observe their are many few peoples who had a dream to be an artist or painter. The reasons are priorities which changed according to our needs. Everyone running behind earning money. I don't said, "earning is inaccurate" but simultaneously if we follow our dreams its gave satisfaction.

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. We all have dreams but in order to make dreams come true. Then to fulfil that dreams it needs lots of determination, dedication, self-discipline and hard work. We should not only dream or think. have to take immediate actions on.

Childhood is the world of imagination but Adulthood is world in which we have to draw the picture of imagination on canvas of LIFE.

Misapply Potential.....misuse of good

Misuse of good capabilities. The rootstock of all immoral is misapply abilities. Specially we see government worker doing this. Absolute ruler can fix up their entire families in job in or government.

Before a day I went late to college, because submissions are happening. As I entered saw mob around vehicle in which dispute was going on between watchman & police officer. Sometimes watchman have to control traffic because our campus is huge so it required to. I hear watchman was saying, "he just showed hand to indication to stop, that bike because many vehicles are traversing from both sides, but officer felt insulting that how this watchman stop his bike!!!!. He starts abusing to him. and said, "you not saw my uniform, how could you do this to me"..???? you know I can do anything". It is really unfortunate to hear this words form, who has most respectful and essential place in our society. watchman continuously pity him without any fault but he continued abusing.

After sometime my friend told me accident was happen at our college gate. Because of one person's entire surrounding was get disturb. From this have to take lessons that after achieving our dreams or goals don't misuse it and you have to think how our knowledge are help to others lives.

Because of one person entire society denounce other which are from same profession. Don't utilized capabilities it has to used for others convenient. Than and only you will be  known as "Achiever".

IU OSB Activity......it is the mark of education

"Inspiration Unlimited  One Sided Book" Activity. As name is very unique and up to minute. This activity concept also very eccentric. Really today's day was very exciting!!!! then last one. As the name contents all its consequences. .

What is IU OSB...???
=>It is inspiration unlimited one side book. IU OSB is awarded as the "most innovative project that has impacted society in a positive direction" by Bangalore's Radio City 91.1 FM in 2013 & 
was featured in 2nd page of "The Hindu" on Dec 9th 2013.

How this initiative take place...???
=>Officially one side of paper is used and another side is waste of paper.
=>Collect one side used papers from differ differ sources which will now be made into book. 

Objective of this activity...????
=>books will distribute to less privilege kids of government school. 
=>Educate the peoples not to waste one side blank paper.

      The collected papers gifted to OSCAR(Organization for Social Change Awareness and                         Responsibility)foundation. 

About OSCAR foundation...
=>Oscar foundation is as a not for profit organization which gives education and provides high               quality football coaching to underprivileged kids.

The very superbbb!!!! beginning of new week with lots of positivity. One step toward exceptional initiative called "IU OSB" activity arranged by #i3mumbai delegates dated as 5th of April and place called "Five gardens" in matunga on sunday. First time I traverse that place. All delegates get together on decided place with lots of energy and smile. before activity will start, Our mentor took small plenary and told us substance of IU OSB activity. As always #i3 activities are very innovative and eagerness. Delegates divided into four teams each and every member are unknown for each other. It brings more enthusiasm. All teams have to travel in differ differ orientation and come back on same place within 1 hour time span.

We decided travel as much as possible to xerox centres,schools and colleges. First source found after 10 minutes and asked him for minute he ready to listen us, we described him objective of activity, educate him not to wast papers. He appreciate our initiative but he wasn't able to gave because shop owner not came yet".

After some extent we found another xerox centre. This picture is memorable moment for me because their was so much mob in shop, we asked them for two minutes and they are ready to listen us, after listening the purpose of this initiative, they instantly ready to help us and without much a do gave us one side blank papers.

I not only collect papers also took many lessons from this activity like How to interact with peoples...???. most important lesson for life "we gone through rejection but we don't stop their we faced that, we tried for next and achieved. After activity our mentors took small session in all delegates shared their experiences in which one of the #i3mumbai delegate Mr.Irfan said,"Failure to success story is more inspiring". what a beautiful and inspiring words he spoke!!!!. If any situation will occur face it take the lessons implement it actually and try for next goal. Really it was very great experience.

"Youthism" is gift of God but age is a "Art" of work. presumably the happiest span in life most frequently is in adolescence when the hopeful passions of youth are cooled and the disability of age not yet begun. Life is short, youth is restricted and opportunities are endless crossroads of your passions and the potential for "Shaping The World into Positive Impact". if you don't have significant thoughts,ideas of your own, their are sufficient significant teams Need you.

Youth is the spirit of adventure and arousing(inspiration). it is a time of physically come into view but, when body grasp the power and good health that may disregard attention of reversal. youth is a period of timelessness when the skyline of age appear too faraway to be remark. As everyday we see that shadows, which are in morning and by evening so large almost entirely perish at midday.

Most of the time youth who haven't had the right Mentors and supporters around them because of circumstances afar their control. #i3"Mentors" improve our power of personal growth and personal achievement and begin to replace youth with wisdom, purity with understanding and  purpose with self actualization. youth need revolution but it will not happen until you not evacuate from your "Comfort Zone". The 1000s of people think, 500 of them think to implement it, but!!!! their are many less who actually implement and achieve it. So, Don't just think, start implementing that thoughts. As my mentor(Ms.kavyashree mam) said just don't take lessons start implement it in your LIFE. Then only that lessons get desirability and you get satisfaction.

Towards GOALS.....

"Goal" Whenever you listen this word the first thing come in your mind is "Football goal". likewise
players set a goals and make to goal happen. one of the team would be winner and another loser. if their are no goals then game never Ends!!!. So everyone have to set goals for the life it give meaning for life livelihood(of life). nothing can stop if anyone having right mental attitude, from achieving his goal. achieving goals brings change in life. it brings self-motivation. it is key to determination and commitment to resolute recreates your goals and commitment to excellence that will enable you to attain the success you pursue. when you invest your time, you make a goal and a decision something that you want to incomplete, whether it's make good grades in sports or in studies. whatever you decided you invest your time on that thing.

Hard work is key to success...... focused on goal and always just keep next step towards completing it. we are very happiest and satisfied when we loved journey toward goal we've entrenched. its give value to our time which we spend. By setting goal we can define our aim and progress for ourselves.
choose a goal that seems right for you and endeavour to be best.

the goal is not always meant to achieve. give your best at least you had satisfaction of attempt it. to succeed in your target you must have single-minded devotion to your goal.

I always try my best in each thing sometimes not able to achieve it but at least satisfied that
"I had gave my best". as my mentors(Bharath sir)said,"Never the Less".
