Purple squirrel..!!!!

Just 2 years elder than me, co-owner of company, called #Purple #Squirrel #Eduventures Pvt.Lmt.
Her name is Ms. Sahiba Dhandhania, a gold Medallist from Christ University, Bangalore, was also working in the finance sector. Working as a financial analyst with D E Shaw & Co, Hyderabad, she realized that she was extremely passionate about seeing students evolve.

She had gained a fair amount of international exposure and interacted with students from over 40 countries. She had also, during the process, developed entrepreneurial and leadership skills which proved hugely beneficial for her later. She observed that the application in the real world varies to a large extent with campus curriculums. She was beginning to understand the need to develop a platform which could help strengthen the connect of campuses with recruiters. A foot board which could benefit students and help them shape their future by allowing them to make more sensible career choices.

Our first ever conference where any counsellor start talk with lessons of "Entrepreneurship". She speaks many important things regarding entrepreneurship with very basic and very interesting examples. She asked 1st question What is a entrepreneur..???. We know entrepreneur means only "Business". But..!!! How, When and Which..???. We are not aware about this. She told entrepreneur means the run the business and assumes all risk and reward of a given business venture, idea or good or service offered for sale. The entrepreneur is commonly seen as business leader and innovator of new ideas and business processes.

She again asked "We can say "Kiranawals" are entrepreneur or not..???. All delegates replied, "No..!!!". because he using repeated concept or traditional concept which don't have any new idea. She said,"He is..!!!", because at the end he taking risk of investing money on products. She also gave example of  Mr. Steve Jobs, He was a CEO of Apple, but he working as Internal entrepreneur for company.

She share her success story. How she come across as a "Entrepreneur". While experience and it's fact that colleges didn't give practical knowledge, Which is a need of industries. She worked in corporate level for 8 months and she experience that whatever she studied that doesn't have any worth. She decided to overcome this issues and she quite that job. She started company called "Purple Squirrel". It is essentially ensures that students make more informed decision about the choices out there. They gave a better position to decide if they'd like to take up a job in an MNC, work for a social enterprise, join their family business or even start-up by themselves.

We had a question and Answer session, She gave very interesting and worth making answers.
We asked Why you name as Purple Squirrel...???. She replied, "It is a term used by employment" recruiters to describe a job candidate with precisely the right education, experience and qualification that perfectly fits a job's multifaceted requirements.

Guest speaker was Ms. Aishwarya Hebbar ma'am. She just completed her graduation and founder of LET'S WRITE Together" project. Like our parents protective and pampered us and stop us to experiment new things same happen to her. Over protected and pampered by parents, but that was her strength and confidence which she converted into Success and Achievements.

This week I'm "Delegate of the week". Because of my mentors, who continuously mentoring me in many ways. All credit goes to them. Bharath Gc sir, Kavya Shree ma'am, Jeevitha Dm ma'am, Bharath Kumar sir.
I listen many times that, "Till you not Fail, You can't be succeed". Last week I experienced this, if I didn't fail and if my mentors wouldn't there,I think this can't be happened.

Great Lessons From today's celebrities:-
=> Don't jump into entrepreneurship because you want to become. If you want to be, find reason              behind that.
=> Believe in yourself.
=>If you are passionate about something, carry out that passion in some other way.
=> Education system can't give us practical knowledge so that we should learn it from experiences          and projects.

CONFUSED and conned......

Sunday is most lovable day, because all friends get together and enjoy a holiday, But for me Sunday
means new start of a week. It is a day when analyzed all things what had done in past 6 days and realized the things from took lessons and imbibe that lessons forever life with lots of fun, positive energy and positive thoughts. This is a definition of a Sunday for me. It's always gave kick start for Monday and again this thing are happened.....

Had a great Sunday with Tech genius that was nothing but, Mr. Anil Kumar KN sir. He is an technical expert in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication. Currently working in SanDisk India Device Centre as a "Hardware Designer". He designed 128 MicroSD card and recently released 200 MicroSD card. He belongs to small place called Kolar in south India state of Karnataka. He shown us his #i3 counsellor tag. He shared very interesting moments from his life, which we are going through that same situations, But I felt that was his inner calling, but he named as "confusion". When there are many things in front of you and someone told you to choose one from these and you don't know what will happen next and you choose one which is nothing but inner calling, but during that situation you not realized and named as confusion. When you make some worth for that confusion that is nothing but name as the inner calling that means realizing that things.

He share one interesting incident that was, When he was in hostel, brought some motor for project and directly plugged in circuit board and what..!!! full hostel electricity gone..!!!. Because circuit supplying AC current and that motor needs DC current to work. That was really hilarious moment of the day.

Question & Answer session was great. Full of Technical and question based on Technology. One of the delegate asked "Sir when we purchase 4GB pendrive we not able to use full memory, Why is it so...???". He answered Because we said, "hardware and software are different, but in actually same entity, it take some amount of memory as firmware". There are many questions on #iphone, we discuss about OS of iphone and on extend memory that how it done.

And another interesting question was that Why MicroSD card is of 200GB, because according to formula 2 raised to 8 it makes 256GB..??? He answered that,"It need more place for storage and phone heat up very fast".

Anil sir message for #i3 Mumbai was

"The Fire in driving a life in own way, is the coolest thing you can do..!!!!!".

Guest speaker was Ms. Jeevitha DM ma'am. She studied in ASC Degree college. She was TRUE IUITE of season 1 in Bangalore, she was solitary girl among 5 TRUE IUITE.

Oh My God...!!!!. whatever she spoke each single single word has great meaning. she is a very powerful speaker, as I listen her first time, really her words directly struck into heart. She share what she did in season 1.

Feeling Blessed..!!!
Thanks to #i3

STRENGTH....comes by overcoming challenges

"STRENGTH"... doesn't come what you can do, it comes from "OVERCOMING" the things you once thought you couldn't. If you have a positive attitude and constantly aspire to give your best efforts, eventually you will overcome your instant problems and you are ready for greater challenges than before. Every project is an opportunity to learn, to figure out problems and challenges, to originate and reinvent thoughts.

We experiencing and learning many things in a 7 days because of our projects. Exploring places which I never thought before as a Mumbaikar. I found some changes in myself, which I can say overcoming the fear of walking alone and stood up to own expectations. Now also I remember Mr. Sujit Lawani sir asked in one of the seminar that, "Why always girl want to be a perform any task in group...???. She have a ability to walk alone in her own way". This sentence is always give me strength to perform each and every task and be myself.

Life is all about facing a new challenge in each moment. Challenges are what make us stronger and make life interesting. Overcoming challenges, it known as a growth of confidence level and make life more meaning full. This strength make me to believe in myself and it keep telling me, don't worry about result, just you continue your work and you're going good.

"Smile and let
everyone know that today
you're a lot
Stronger than
you were
Yesterday"

Show Must Go On.....

Last Sunday Bharath GC sir, announced who will be the counsellor for the next week. But because of some reasons it won't make it happen. He always tries to keep us optimistic. We had conference through hangouts and counsellor was non other than Mrs. Shruti Balasa ma'am. She is a chief web designer who is the operations head of "Pluwis" web solutions (which build websites for organizations). She has a unique passion for coding. She belongs to a well-to-do family. If want, she can choose the easy path, but she chooses the very challenging path. When she was a student of 3rd year of engineering, she got an internship of "Microsoft".

"Follow your passion, be
prepare to work hard and
sacrifice, and, above all,
Don't let anyone limit your
dreams".

She is a passionate coder, which is not a easy thing at all. She placed in "CITRIX", As a Web Designer, salaried of 8.8 lakh package/annum. Citrix systems, Inc is an American multinational software company founded in 1989 that provides server application and desktop virtualization, networking, software-as-a-service, and cloud computing technologies, including Xen open-source products. She worked at citrix for only 9 months and quit that job and was not easy decision at all. That was calculative risk she took. After this she work 18 months without earning single penny.

I learn from this conference that:-

"Passion is one great force
that unleashes creativity,
because if you're passionate
about something, then
you're more willing to
take risks".

As I mentioned above, our mentor Mr. Bharath GC sir handling all work and always try to keep us optimistic. He is a person behind all things which we experiencing...

I took lesson from him that:-

"Always prepare for future,
because never no what will
happen next"....

Succeed Once... It's Overcome all Failures

Continue failures taught us many lessons and realizations of our mistakes. Failure taught us more things which success does. Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty and determination. Mistakes are the entrance of discovery.

Last Sunday sir gave us hint of next counsellor. He said, "counsellor is expert in many things, he is also musician...!!!!". I entered at venue with lot of enthusiasm. Before conference start all delegate share there last week experience. Everyone performed so well, as we all believe in never the less. Everyone had differ differ and great experience. After that sir announced the surprise of the day, that Our counsellor all the way directly will talk from "United States of America, Seattle by the "Skype".
This was happen first ever time in #i3 Mumbai conference.

Our conference start by 11.20 am and in America time was 10.30 pm (almost time difference is 9 hours 30 minutes ahead). Bharath GC sir introduced Mr. Ashish Vaidya sir with lot of energy. He is a Senior Software Engineer at Amazon in Seattle (United states) by profession. Entrepreneur, Flutist, Keyboard Player, Speaker, Writer, Reader, Artist, Aspiring Blogger, Poet, and Dreamer All the time We gave him big around-of-applause. First I saw his smiling face which gave me positive energy. He starts his talk with doing some activities, which gave us more energy and he made us laugh. I connect with him very fast, because me also pursuing software engg.".

He belongs to Mandi district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. One day his Father said him, "Do anything which make you to achieve Patent (a government authority or licence conferring a right inventions)". From there he started to work hard for his father and his dreams. That minute I felt, It is very rare where Father and Son shares similar dreams. After 12th he got admitted in NIIT in "Computer Science" department. That environment was very new for him, but committed towards his dreams. He doesn't know any software language only he knows how to turn on and turn off computer..!!!. If anyone comes and tell me this thing I won't believe that person. But he work hard on his dreams. He read "let's C" book.

He submits his first patent, which was rejected again, he submit second patent and again rejected. Continuously seven patents rejected. At last his 8th patent selected. Now there are 8 patents are in his name. Really that is great achievement he is achieving now also. He submitted 8 from that 3 are selected. Along with this all achievements, he also expert in many things.

I learned many things from him that are:-

  • Don't hold back to participate.
  • We just have to succeed once, it's overcome all failure.
  • Do it yourself.
  • Failure is not a opposite to success, just it is part of success.
  • Success is not glorious without failure.
  • Keep making better.
He show us amazon app on #iwatch. Which is develop by Ashish sir. He share a secret that "how he come across as a expert in many things...???". In question answer session one of the delegate asked him question that, "Sir what difference you find in Ordinary colleges and NIITs colleges..???". He replied "Level of confidence, Sense of achievement, Environment of college. This things make difference". Sir also said, "Whenever he will come to India, definitely meet us".  Really that was great conference.

#iWatch

After this session Bharath GC sir welcome guest speaker of the day. She was Ms. Suprabha Raorane ma'am. When she was 3 year old her mother expired. She is a only child of her parents. When she travel by bus to school. She saw some kids playing on construction sides. One day she asked them, "why are you playing here, go and play on some other place and you are going to school". Kids said, "No.!! we are not going to any school". She said, "If I will come here and teach you, so you can study". They said, "Yes.!!". Like this she started. She did whatever she loves and want to do. She used to travelled on each construction sides and teach the kids. There were 35 student in first batch. Not only she teach them but also there are many other activities they do like singing, dancing etc. Really she inspire me lot because even she didn't had support from her father. She continuously gone through failure. She faced many challenges and come across, that situation make her strong and teach her to believe in herself.

Had a great experience...!!!

REASON.....to be happy

To live happy life there are many reasons, just you have to perceive. Very little is needed to make a happy life. It is all within yourself , in your way of thinking. Even a happy life cannot a compute a shade and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. It is far better take things as they come along with patience and equanimity.

Our Half of YOU
can make the whole of you
LIVE life to the FULLEST!!!.

                     ---- Quote from Life Simplified.

Never wait for big reason to be happy, we've to find out happiness in each small small moments. It's give satisfaction. Secret of happy life is tie it to a some purpose or goal. When do you find yourself happy ...???. When you perpetrate anything in your comfort zone it gave immediate success and it make you happy. When you think or perform anything out of your comfort zone, even you fail, but it give experience and lesson. Failure is difficult to face, but it teach you to face challenges and take challenges. It give you inner happiness and that is more essential than outer happiness.

You cannot enlarge unless you'r willing to reshape. You will never better yourself, if you always grasp what was you did. It is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that takes breath away and give power to think positive.

It is very Essential,
to recollect that we cannot become,
what we require to be,
by persist,
WHAT WE ARE...????
