Purple squirrel..!!!!

Just 2 years elder than me, co-owner of company, called #Purple #Squirrel #Eduventures Pvt.Lmt.
 Her name is Ms. Sahiba Dhandhania, a gold Medallist from Christ University, Bangalore, was also working in the finance sector. Working as a financial analyst with D E Shaw & Co, Hyderabad, she realized that she was extremely passionate about seeing students evolve.

She had gained a fair amount of international exposure and interacted with students from over 40 countries. She had also, during the process, developed entrepreneurial and leadership skills which proved hugely beneficial for her later. She observed that the application in the real world varies to a large extent with campus curriculums. She was beginning to understand the need to develop a platform which could help strengthen the connect of campuses with recruiters. A foot board which could benefit students and help them shape their future by allowing them to make more sensible career choices.

Our first ever conference where any counsellor start talk with lessons of "Entrepreneurship". She speaks many important things regarding entrepreneurship with very basic and very interesting examples. She asked 1st question What is a entrepreneur..???. We know entrepreneur means only "Business". But..!!! How, When and Which..???. We are not aware about this. She told entrepreneur means the run the business and assumes all risk and reward of a given business venture, idea or good or service offered for sale. The entrepreneur is commonly seen as business leader and innovator of new ideas and business processes.

She again asked "We can say "Kiranawals" are entrepreneur or not..???. All delegates replied, "No..!!!". because he using repeated concept or traditional concept which don't have any new idea. She said,"He is..!!!", because at the end he taking risk of investing money on products. She also gave example of  Mr. Steve Jobs, He was a CEO of Apple, but he working as Internal entrepreneur for company.

She share her success story. How she come across as a "Entrepreneur". While experience and it's fact that colleges didn't give practical knowledge, Which is a need of industries. She worked in corporate level for 8 months and she experience that whatever she studied that doesn't have any worth. She decided to overcome this issues and she quite that job. She started company called "Purple Squirrel". It is essentially ensures that students make more informed decision about the choices out there. They gave a better position to decide if they'd like to take up a job in an MNC, work for a social enterprise, join their family business or even start-up by themselves.

We had a question and Answer session, She gave very interesting and worth making answers.
We asked Why you name as Purple Squirrel...???. She replied, "It is a term used by employment" recruiters to describe a job candidate with precisely the right education, experience and qualification that perfectly fits a job's multifaceted requirements.

Guest speaker was Ms. Aishwarya Hebbar ma'am. She just completed her graduation and founder of LET'S WRITE Together" project. Like our parents protective and pampered us and stop us to experiment new things same happen to her. Over protected and pampered by parents, but that was her strength and confidence which she converted into Success and Achievements.

This week I'm "Delegate of the week". Because of my mentors, who continuously mentoring me in many ways. All credit goes to them. Bharath Gc sir, Kavya Shree ma'am, Jeevitha Dm ma'am, Bharath Kumar sir.
I listen many times that, "Till you not Fail, You can't be succeed". Last week I experienced this, if I didn't fail and if my mentors wouldn't there,I think this can't be happened.

Great Lessons From today's celebrities:-
=> Don't jump into entrepreneurship because you want to become. If you want to be, find reason              behind that.
=> Believe in yourself.
=>If you are passionate about something, carry out that passion in some other way.
=> Education system can't give us practical knowledge so that we should learn it from experiences          and projects.
